The bathroom was cool and dark as you laid sound asleep on the floor. Having cried yourself to sleep, dwelling on Tomura's harsh words, you'd fallen into a much needed slumber, too tired to worry about anything besides just wanting to ignore the pain you were feeling.

Tomura hovered in front of your door, wondering if he should check on you. He wasn't exactly in the best mood when he found out you'd left again, but to prevent Kurogiri from stepping in, he kept it to himself. Smelling like smoke when you'd returned, he'd guess you'd snuck out with Dabi to go do god knows what.

It didn't sit well with him. Dabi was a jerk, useful, but a jerk. Tomura didn't hate the ravenette, but he certainly wasn't buddy-buddy with him.

Twisting the doorknob to your room, he pushed to door back silently. It was almost three in the morning, he should've been asleep, but he was wide awake. Too busy thinking about you. He was still grumpy, and he wanted to just lay down, but the constant tossing and turning, stressed that you were debating running off to do something stupid made him restless.

Noticing the lack of your presence in your bed, or in your room at all, Tomura approached the bathroom door. Attempting to twist the handle to open it, it wouldn't budge. It was still locked. Placing an ear to listen, he couldn't hear much except for what sounded like very faint snoring.

Reaching for the little key above the door frame, Tomura unlocked the door and cracked it open, eyeing your sleeping body on the cold, cracked floor. You looked so at peace, but he could tell you'd been crying. Your resting eyes were red and puffy, and your nose also shared the same reddish hue.

Grumbling silently, Tomura replaced the key back on the door frame and approached your bed. Yanking a small cover off of your mattress, he quickly returned to drape it over you. He wasn't going to try and move you, but he didn't want to wake you up either. He was debating even getting you a blanket, but he figured it would be best if you could at least be warm. Maybe you'd get some good sleep or something.

Returning to his room, Tomura closed the door and leaned against it. Taking in a sigh, he pushed himself away from the wooden structure and landed on his bed.

"I'm fucking tired." Tomura spoke raspily. Hearing a sudden creaking noise, Tomura's head snapped toward the sound. His bedroom door peeked open, and for a second, Tomura quickly closed his eyes to pretend like he was asleep.

You peeked inside his room and sighed, seeing that he was asleep. You glanced at the game console laying on the floor, charging. You bit your bottom lip and opened the door a little more, sneaking in to grab the console. You picked it up and pulled it back up with you. Your eyes moved to the bed where Tomura glared at you, sitting up, wide away.

Jumping back after getting scared by his sudden awake-ness, you let out a small yelp.

"What are you doing?" Tomura snapped, reaching for the console in your hands. You graciously handed it back to him before looking away awkwardly.

"I woke up, I was bored and I thought you'd called my name or something. But you were asleep, or I thought you were." You explained.

"I'm awake." Tomura lied. He was awake, but he was tired. He wanted to sleep. But now he had to keep an eye on you.
