I leaned on the rough stone bus stop and looked down the tracks. I hope he even knows how to catch the bus since he uses that car so much.
Maybe I should reply to Madison's text, I just don't even know what to say after that message. It's probably best to give her some time, anyway.

I heard the bus coming and peered down the road to watch it screech down the tracks.

I walked up the steps hoping Wolf would be on this bus, and finally, he was. I saw him sitting against the window staring forward with his hands folded, so I sat beside him and smiled. He was staring ahead, but I couldn't figure out what he was looking at.

"You okay?" I asked.

He looked at me at his eyebrows rose, "Hey!"

"Hey," I replied, "What are you looking at?"

She sighed, "Nothing, sorry. There's a lot on my mind."

"Wanna talk about it?" I asked as I sat next to him.

He smiled and tilted his head, "Do you really think these buses are better than cars?"

I nodded, "Yeah, they say they're better for the environment."

"What if we had electric cars? Then they wouldn't be so bad for the ecosystem."

"But that would mean we all have to buy a car which is probably super expensive. Not to mention you can accidentally hit... anything with a car."

"That's true," he replied, "I guess I like being able to go where I need to go, whenever I want."

"I bet that's nice," I agreed as I looked out of the window. The bus was heading back out of Iyan and I wondered where we were going for lunch.

"I think the Garden might ban you," I said, shifting back to him

Wolf laughed, "I forgot about all of that."

"What? Are you gonna go to another Garden?"

"I might," he replied with a sigh, "But I have to work so I might not have time."

"Oh, where do you work?" I asked.

He looked forward and shrugged, "I manage an online technical service."

"That's interesting!" I said.

I've never been into technical stuff.

"Thanks," he replied.

I looked out of the window again and realized we had left Iyan and were on the borders of Tezoney.

"So, where are we going?" I asked.

"I wanted to show you my favorite place to eat but it's in Tezoney."

I smiled, "I love Tezoney! I want to live here one day."

"Really?"

"Yeah, they have cities full of entertainment and everything's so luxurious."

He looked out of the window with me and we observed the pine, buckeye, and maple trees as they passed.

"I guess it is pretty nice here." I nodded and looked at him, and he was smiling back at me.

"Why do they call you 'Wolf'?" I asked.

He chuckled, "You don't think that's my name?"

"Is it?"

He smiled and nodded, "Yes."

There I go again, talking too much and accidently offending someone.

"Sorry, I didn't know."
