Mathew rapidly aimed his revolver at the head of Connor >>I wouldn't do that if I were you!<<
>>I can kick your foot and then shoot the both of you, you know<< Connor
>>No you couldn't. I'd shoot before you get the chance. I can do it right now<< Mathew
An ominous laughter appeared from the room behind them. Connor lowers his gun.
>>Let the doctors help him, we should go see where that sound is coming from<< Mathew
Both, Dr. Peanut and Dr Marija nodded slightly and made Maximilian their new workplace. First they pulled the bulletcasing out of his chest before trying to stabilize him. They worked very concentrated without a break.
Valentin went into McArthurs room from wich still shone some blue light. Somehow the light drew him to it, Mathew also wanted to investigate the lights.
As they entered the room they saw that the light came from the chandelier. Some of the candles had blue flames on top of them.
As he saw Mathew and Valentin approach the room, Connor followed them to see what they were up to. To him it seemed a bit weird that only those two get to experience the mystery of this house.
Mathew looked around in the room, in the closet, under the bed and all corners wich could hold secret hiding spots. meanwhile Connor kept an eye on him.
While this is going on Valentin looked out the window, he spotted the entire garden glowing in blue and a mask figure standing among the lights.
>>M-Mathew? There... look outside.. There seems to be something?<< Valentin
>>What is it?<< Mathew
He got a glimpse of the person outside who waved at them. The creature slowly decends into a scrub slowly draining the light from the outside.
>>Earl Connor, come see the outside<< Valentin told him.
As Connor looked out the window he couldn't see anything abnormal. All there was is a darf garden with the light drained from it due to the night.
>>If there was something, I'm sure Johann will take care of it, Johann please move.<< Connor
>>Johann isn't here, I think we shouldn't send him out anyway, nobody should go out at such a time with such a situation<< Mathew >>Now let's get some more sleep and get Maximilian back into his room to rest too, we will investigate further in the morning. If there are any abnormal things going on just scream<<
The people agreed because all of them were rather tired anyway.
Back in his room Mathew skribbled in his journal looking for connections between the manor and the figure. Maybe possible subjects or even a reason why this was happening here.
He could hear one room next to him the same skribbleling sounds, those came from Valentin writing in his diary. He also heard Mathew write in his journal and walk around the room til he fell asleep.
