The Other Brother

I woke up ready for the day I sat on the edge of my bed and started to write in my diary. I feel different, today's gonna be a good day. For the first time in a while I actually feel kind of happy.

"You look kinda happy." Jenna stated.

"I feel kinda happy so I decided to go with it." I replied. I think the thought of seeing him was making me smile. I met up with him at school and he gave me the book we talked about for days.

"You can keep it, I have plenty of books." He offered.

"I couldn't I would like to read though but I'll give it back." He nodded his head and we continued to talk. I meet up woth Matt at lunch and he told me some pretty weird things. He went visit vikkie this morning.

"So how was your visit?"

"Good, I guess!"

Did she say what bit her?" I asked.

"She said it was a ..... Vampire."

"Okay!" I said with a sorta creeped out face on.

"But then again they could have always given her Medicine." We just kept talk in til the day was over.

After school Caroline, Bonnie and I went out to eat. Caroline kept going on about how Stephen and I should take things to the next level. We spent the entire night before talking so that's where she got the idea. You know what Caroline's right I'm gonna what I started the day wanted to do. I went over to Stephen's house to the him how I feel. The door was open so I walked in. No one seemed like they were home so I just kept calling Stephens name. When I turned around some one was standing there but it wasn't Stephen.

"Hi, you must be Elena."

"Um yea, who are you?" I asked in shocked. I'm Damon, Stephen's brother. I didn't know he had a brother I replied in a suprised way. We started to talk when Stephen came with a straight face. He kept staring at his brother and things got quite and Awkward. I should a go now I said being weirded out. I tried to walk past Stephen but every time I called his name he just stood stiff. He finally moved and I left alive. It was so weird. I went home took a 30 minute shower, ate and then passed out on my bed. Today was one of the most Awkward days of my life. Maybe I can try again tomorrow.
