I wake up the next morning with Chase's arm's wrapped around me. I didn't want to get up but I had to go back to my grandmother. I put my phone number on a sticky note and above it wrote the words "Call me ~M". As I snuck out of the room, I glanced up and made eye contact with Noah. I tried to walk faster out of the house but he barricaded the exit.

"What do you want."

"Look, Mia I'm sorry we didn't tell you. We wanted to tell you its just we weren't sure what was going on between us yet Please tell me your not serious about dating chase are you."

"First of all, you still could have told me instead of going behind my back and breaking our biggest rule ever. Second of all, you are in no position to be judging who I date. I am head over heels for Chase in the slightest event that you care, so what's it matter to you that I'm interested in him?"

"Look, M I just don't want to see you get hurt"

"Well, you should have thought about that before dating Ella behind my back." That was the last thing I said before walking past him and leaving. I walked to the nearest bus stop, trying to hold back the tears. Then I saw an text from an unknown number on my phone that brought the biggest grin across my face.

Unknown: Hey beautiful, It's Chase. Sorry I didn't get to say good bye. Be ready at 8, were going out.

*Unknown changed to Chase <3*

Mia: It's a date :)

I then wiped the tears of my face and waited for the bus to come pick me up

~back at Grandma's~

"Grandma, I'm home and I have news."

"Grandma?" I tried calling her name again and when I didn't hear a response I got super worried. I walked up stairs and found my grandma on the floor. I immediately pulled out my phone and called 911. Minutes later they arrived and told me that my grandmother was dead. The first person I called was Chase and it rang for so long I was worried he wasn't going to answer but then I heard his voice.

"Hey Mia, Wait what's wrong? Give me your address and I'll come get you." I then changed my screen and forwarded him my address. Then he subtlety said good bye and I just waited patiently for him to arrive. When he got here, he didn't ask me to say anything, he just pulled me into the warmest hug imaginable.
