Shu's P.O.V.
I watched the door swing close as the blue-haired boy left the room. However, not 5 minutes later, a doctor replace Valt.
"We're doing another operation to try and fix your shoulder," he informed me. "Anesthetic?" "Yeah," I answered unenthusiastically.
Pretty much most of my wounds had healed, except for the gashes and my shoulder. It has been broken and displaced, so the bone was not mending properly. The doctors kept trying to set it, but it kept slipping loose. Well, maybe the fact you practiced for ages with that injured shoulder might hurt, I thought ruefully, then shook it off. I didn't regret doing that. Well maybe, just a bit.
They wheeled me in, gave me the anesthetic, and everything went dark, as usual.
When I woke, my right shoulder was in agony (as usual) and I had a headache (as usual). Nothing was new to me, because I had already done 2 different operations trying to fix my shoulder. None of them worked. And this one probably hadn't either.
Wakiya's P.O.V.
I glanced at my phone screen and huffed. "Why is Valt so late?" I muttered, watching Rantaro (no, I will not call him Honcho) battled Daigo (the only sensible person there, apart from me, of course).
My phone pinged with a message. It was from Valt.
Valt: sry can't come 2day change of plans
Valt: mom needed my help
Valt: no wakiya, not beybread for the murasaki house
Valt has logged off
I rolled my eyes. "Guess we should go now," I shrugged.
Thirty minutes later, I received another text from Valt.
Valt: hey guys!
Valt: wanna come over for beybread?
Is it the shape of Wyvorn?: Wakiya
Valt: uh... no?
Then no :Wakiya
Wakiya has logged off
I snickered. Of course, I hadn't really logged off. Now I could pretend I did and read what they said when they thought I wasn't there.
Ken: Sure!
Daigo: No I need to study for a test
Rantaro: count me in!
Daigo: No I need to study for a test
Rantaro: come on, have some fun!
Daigo has logged off
Valt: see you guys later!
Valt has logged off
