Max is almost shaking of excitement, Dan is laughing quietly and Matt's slowly counting down for the plan to land.
"19

17..."
I look out from the window and take a deep breath.
"Joosh it's happening!" Says Max while stroking his hair upwards and back.
"9
8
7..."
Chris takes Max's hand and squeezes it in hope that it's going to calm him down, the biggest energy bomb we know. Max understands the hidden meaning.
"Breathe in lil' boy" says Daniel, not too excited.

The first second outside the plane was magical. Fresh air, kids playing with crabs and sand... I also heard music coming from a bar near the beach. Matt and Max rushes to the hotel and into the reception. Okay so this is where we will spend the first three days, then we'll take a boat to the next island. Thank god we don't have to deal with the big city's smell anymore.

As soon as we had checked in we all ran to the "cabin", which turned out to be a really big house with around seven bedrooms, one kitchen, one huge living room and three bathrooms, one with a tub big enough for two to fit. The walls were made from wood in almost every room and plants took place in every corner. Even a small terrarium with two lizards is placed in the middle of the livingroom. It's perfect.
The garden is really big and it had a pool too, not a very big one, but big enough. As I said, perfect.

The front door makes a weird noise as I open it and get in to the hallway. Green and purple plants are hanging from the ceiling, quietly watching down on me when I reach for the drawer where the key to my room is laying. We all thought we were going to have to share rooms, but now when we actually have rooms enough for everyone, we all want to sleep together in the huge living room. I finally find my small red key with the number 5 on it, and head to my corridor. I love how the carpets pattern changes more and more the further into the corridor I get. The cold-coloured circles turn bigger and bigger and are soon mixed up with red and yellow squares. At the end of the carpet, where the pattern fades away is a short quote saying "nothing lasts forever, enjoy your figures and curves on the way". I know what it means and my thoughts flies away back to UK and lands on Elissa, my sister. It hurts to remember all nights I've stayed up with her. She has been through a lot of pain recently, and that made me not want to travel here with the band. But I listened to her when she insisted.

This door makes a strange notice too. The doorknob is a little dusty and sits loose but it's okay I guess, because I won't be in here so much anyways. I walk to the bed and put my suitcase there. The code to the suitcase was four digits, 2005. A special year for me. I take out some lighter clothes and place them in the closet, I open the curtains and start my speakers.

When all my stuff were packed up I went back to the living room. A smell of chicken came from the kitchen. It's Daniel cooking as always, and he knows how much we all love chicken, especially Max and Matt. I kept on walking towards Chris. He sits on a small couch outside with his guitar, playing riffs for fun. Matt and Max are playing in the pool already.
"Where are we going on Monday?" I ask Chris, interrupting his flow.
"Lang thenga" he answered.
"What are we going to do there? I mean it's such a small island?"
"Isn't that the point? We're just going to chill out for three whole weeks"
I sighed.
"Guess you're right, haha sorry I'm not in the best mood right now..."
"It'll be awesome there, ok? And hey, stop thinking so much about Elissa. She'll succeed with her music"
He smiles at me and I look at the sun, slowly closing my eyes, taking three deep breaths.
