The sky itself was breathtaking. The colors faded from a midnight blue to a dark purple, which in turn faded into a shade of mauve. Stars adorned this sky like powder, scattered everywhere. The silhouette of the mountains from across the lake from which they were currently lying down on made it seem more dream-like, as if was a painting. Time seemed to freeze too; as it would be in a painting. It was still, not a single animal lurked, not an owl hummed.

Both of the males were quiet, indulging the silence; the peace.

Ah, a shooting star. The star itself dragged a trail of white across the already star-trimmed sky. There were no clouds, making the stars more visible than ever. 

"Ah, shooting stars. Make a wish. Soraru-san."

The albino clasped his hands together, shutting his eyes. 

The raven-haired chuckled. Pushing hair out of the younger's petite face. The younger in return opened his eyes. 

"These stars are nothing compared to the ones I've seen in your eyes." He pulled the albino closer to him, spooning him from behind, and placing his chin on the younger's head. 

The albino who was blushed, "I didn't think you would be this sappy Soraru-san."

"Sappy for you only. I love you."

The younger hummed, turning around and burying his face in the older's chest. 

"I love you too."

The meteor shower continued throughout the night, painting glowing streaks across dreamlike waken.
