35.𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 {𝙉𝙚𝙬𝙨}

Narrator

Hyewon is currently watching the tv while baby Hyunjin is in her arms. Hyewon was watching the news when suddenly her name showed up.

Hyewon tears fell when she heard the report. She turn off the Tv and stare at her daughter. Baby Hyunjin is just peacefully sleeping. Hyewon smile and kiss her forehead.

"You are the only person that mommy can trust baby. I wish no one will take you away from me."

"MRS KANG IS IT TRUE THAT YOUR CHEATING ON YOUR WIFE?!"

"MINJU DID YOU AND HYEWON DIVORCE?!"

"DON'T YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT YOUR DAUGHTER "

The paparazzi keep on asking Minju questions. She is current on her way to the company. The last sentence that one of the paparazzi said make Minju froze. All of them then stay quit while looking weirdly at the frozen Minju.

"I need to go home. Now!" Minju said and turn 180°. She then enter her car and her driver drive her back home.

While they were on the road, Minju eyes started to get teary. She can't stop thinking how stupid she is.

"Miss the divorce paper is ready." Her driver informed her. Minju just sigh and keep on blaming herself.

'Why didn't I think first!'

'Why am I so stupid!'

Minju thought to herself.

"Ma'am were here."

Minju then go out of the car and enter her house. When she enter it there is no presence of Hyewon and their baby. Minju enter their bedroom and saw no there. In their closet only Minju's clothes are left. She enter their baby room and saw that the room was empty.

And then she finally realized that her house look clean. Like no one lives there. Only her. She enter her offuce and saw an envelope on her table.

She open it and was shocked.

Divorce Paper

She read the paper and saw Hyewon already sign it. She open her first drawer and saw Hyewon's wedding ring. She cried even harder.

She received a message from her lawyer telling that they will file the divorce tomorrow. Minju only sigh.

Hyewon Pov

"Is it true?!" My father ask.

They were also watching the news. I only nod and he sigh.

"It's my fault!  Why did I even let you marry her! It's my fault. "

"No one could ever break my daughters heart."

My father cried. I tried to calm him but he keep blaming himself.

"Nonna. Hyunjin is crying." I then told Kyungwoo to calm dad down while I check on my daughter.

She keep on crying since we left the house. I give her, her mik. I even let her sleep. But when she wake up she will continue to cry.

"Shh baby. Mommy's here." I try to calm her.

Suddenly my door open and my little brother look at me.

"Nonna. Minju nonna is here."

Hyunjin suddenly stop crying. I sigh and told my little brother to call Minju. He then nod.

I sigh and brace myself to see her. I suddenly feel someone hug me from behind.

"I'm sorry babe. I didn't mean it."

"There is nothing left to say Min. I already see it clearly. I know that you and Yujin was a thing since 3 months ago. I saw it with my own eyes. And don't worry. I already letting you go."

"B-but how about the baby?" She ask.

"Why did you think about her now? Why didn't  you think about her when you were having an affair?" I ask her.

"You know that Yujin and Wonyoung is in a relationship. But you ruined it. Please stay away from us from now on. You can meet Hyunjin but it won't change my mind." I said. Hyunjin then started crying again. Minju try to carry her but Hyunjin cry even more.

Minju then sigh. I only try to hold back my tears.

"I better get going then. I-I'll see you tomorrow. " she said.

When I heard the door close, I thought she already left. I feel a pair of hands around my waist and kiss my cheek.

"I love u. I'm sorry." She said and left.
