"We're gonna be late Y/n!" Zoe yells to me as she rushes out the front door
"I'm going ok!" I yell back before grabbing my shoes and jacket
"My mom is here!" Akiko yells as she rushes out the door followed by me
I shut the door and lock it and hop into her moms car
"Hey second mom!" I yell as I get comfy in the front seat
"Hey gorgeous! Did you guys eat?" She asks as she starts driving
"Yes ma'am" Akiko replies
"Good good. Now you can kick ass at nationals on a full stomach!" She said determined
We all giggle at her expression

"I'll be somewhere in the front!" Akikos mom yells out before driving away
The three of us rush in to meet with our team
"Y/n!" I hear a voice call out
I turn and see Atsumu
"Tsumu! aGh- go on without me! I'll find you guys in a sec" I say to Zoe and Akiko before running to Atsumu
I jump into his arms, wrapping my legs around his torso
He chuckles and starts peppering my face with kisses
I smile and giggle as he does so
"Good luck Tsumu" I say before placing a soft kiss on his lips
He kisses me back before pulling away with a soft smile
"Good luck n/n" he says while setting me down
"Y/n!" Osamu calls out
"Samu!" I yell back before he rushes in and hugs me tightly
"You look so good" he says with a smile
"Thank youuu!" I say with a large smile
"Samu- Y/n..?" A familiar voice says
I pull away from our hug and see Suna
"Woah" is all he says as I give him a closed eye smile
"Good luck guys! I'll see you guys after my match, then we can talk and kinda catch up!" I say while turning away
Suddenly a camera was shoved in my face followed by two more
"Y/n! Do you have time for an interview?" A reporter asks
"Y/n! Is it true that you and Atsumu are dating?"
"Y/n! How do you feel about earning your captain position back after going through a mental issue?"
"Excuse me... I'm going to be late to my match" I say while trying to walk past them
"Wait y/n!" Another reporter calls out before blocking my path
"Excuse me" a voice behind me says to the reporters
Their eyes widen and stare at the person behind me
"Former volleyball student from Shiratorizawa, Ushijima!" A reporter calls out
My eyes widen at the name
"Wakatoshi-kun! Distract them" Another voice says
'Tendo!' I think to myself as I turn around and see the dynamic duo
Tendo grabs my wrist and pulls me away as the reporters take their attention to Ushijima
"Thank you so much" I say to Ushijima as Tendo continues to pull me
