Mashton and Cake are a friendship group in a hospital together. Michael is dating Ashton and Luke and Calum are just very flirtatious friends with benefits, but they both want each other deep down! They all have their own personal issues. Ashton suffers from diabetes and also seizures, Michael relies on comfort eating and it's causing him health issues, Luke is a nymphomaniac and Calum is an alcoholic. One day, an Instagram group was created by a doctor, as he decided its time for them to discuss their issues with one another! What could possibly go wrong?

~The boys have been letting things get to them for a while. They've all been putting attention seeking stuff on their Snapchat stories. Ashton was posting pictures of his medication and captioning it 'Love waking up to this shit' showing off his diabetic syringes. Calum would post 'I love a good drink in the morning, but I've cut down! I'm only having 8 morning drinks now instead of 12' Causing his friend and crush Luke to reply 'umm I'm proud' even though he clearly wasn't proud, he was fucking worried about him. Then there was Luke. He was just a complete sex pot, he would post on his story exotic toys that he wanted and even stuff like "So horny😍👌🏻' it would sometimes upset Calum, they weren't exactly together but they were certainly crushing on each other hard. Michael would just post pictures of food on his story constantly, captioning it. 'Oooh yes please!' It didn't seem as concerning as the other boys Snapchat stories, but Michael wasn't a Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen, but he sure had a Ramsey temper. The boys woke up to see the group chat on Instagram was created, well this isn't going to be awkward at all is it? ~
