Pisces and Scorpio

Peace and Quiet

Scorpio was getting what she wanted- some peace and quiet, a good book, and of course, lemon tea. She sighed, and looked out of the bedroom window. It had been a while since she made some time for herself. She was going to make the most out of it. She went back to her book, absorbing the words and-

A blood curdling scream echoed through the house.

Pisces. That was the first thought that flashed across her mind when she heard the scream. She dropped the book, and ran towards the direction of the scream. Her breathing fastened, and every inch of her was trembling. No, she couldn't bear it if something happened to her Pisces.

Scorpio rushed towards the living room, where she last saw Pisces. When she reached the room, she saw Pisces standing on a chair with an expression of utter shock on her face. "What happened Pi? Are you okay?", Scorpio went towards Pisces, and helped her get off the chair that she was standing on.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine.", Pisces said, composing herself, trying to catch her breath. "What happened? Why did you scream, sweetie?", Scorpio rubbed Pisces's back.

Pisces took a deep breath, "Don't be mad. Please. I was dusting the cupboard on the top, and I saw a spider. It was super creepy. So I screamed."

Scorpio could do nothing but stand and stare at Pisces with her mouth open. "A spider? A freaking spider? You scared the shit out of me!"

"Sorry. I really am. Everyone has something I'm afraid of.", Pisces walked towards Scorpio and hugged her tightly. After a few moments, Scorpio hugged back, and buried her face in her neck. "Don't ever do that to me again. For a second, I thought I'd lost you. Maybe that's what I'm afraid of. Losing you.", Scorpio said, still hugging her.

"You'll never lose me. ", Pisces now held her shoulders and looked directly into her eyes.

Scorpio closed the distance between their lips and pulled Pisces closer.

Let's give them some privacy, shall we?
