Hailey stood there on the platform, standing in between her brother and Cedric. Neville had just handed Harry and her gillyweed. Hailey quickly popped it in her mouth and swallowed it, as everyone jumped in at the sound of the canon she stood there clutching her neck as pain shot through it. She gets pushed into the water, she couldn't control what was happening, her feet and hands started to web up and she soon grew gills on both sides of the neck. She didn't hesitate to start swimming further down and into a rather large patch of kelp. She looked on both of her sides and seen Harry going a completely different direction as Fleur who was on the other side of the girl. She listened closely as she heard the familiar song she had heard from the egg and started to swim towards it as fast as she can before the song had vanished. She floated there for a couple seconds before following a few merpeople. She just had an instinct inside that told her that she needed to follow them. In about 10 minutes she had stopped dead in her tracks when she found out what it was they had took. There she saw Draco, Ron, Hermione, Cho, and Gabriella. Their feet being held down from a thick rope. She swam as fast as she could over to Draco and shot a spell at it, making the rope break. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Cedric swimming over and untying the rope that was holding down Cho. She started to untie the rope that was holding Gabriella down as she knew that Fleur wasn't going to. Only to be stopped by merpeople jamming their forks onto her throat, only to scurry away when Viktor who had a shark head on came over and broke Hermione free and swam up. She took this time to undo the ropes on Gabriella as she saw her brother grab Ron and swim to the surface.

She felt her feet being drug down deeper into the water so she pushed the two of them up as she got deeper and deeper. The nightmare suddenly coming to her mind again, and her scar burning. She screamed at the top of her lungs, which no one heard since she was submerged under the water. She hadn't realized that it had been 30 minutes since Draco and Gabriella broke through the water.

Up on the deck no one was speaking, as their eyes didn't leave the water. Hoping that Hailey would come shooting up, but she never did. She was knocked out at the bottom of the lake. The gillyweed slowly starting to make its way out of effect. Her eyes opened really quick as she realized she couldn't breathe. She kicked her legs and flailed her arms as hard and fast as she can to get to the top. Just as she thought she was gonna pass out her head broke through the water and cheers started to be heard. She couldn't hear anything though, the only thing she heard was the loud ringing, and the pain that was shooting through her body. She couldn't help but scream out in agony as she clutched her rib cage.

Why did she experience more pain then harry?

When the pain subsided she swam her way over to the deck and flopped down gasping for air. Harry ran out with blankets and wrapped her in them as well as his arms.

"I want all the judges over here now !" Dumbledore ordered, as Hailey continued to cough up water. Eventually Fleur had came over and thanked her for saving her little sister, Hailey gave the girl a warm smile as she knew she couldn't speak properly at the moment. Draco and Cedric came over and huddled with Harry and Hailey, Draco also thanking her for saving him. "ATTENTIONNNN!" Dumbledore yelled out making everyone go quiet. "The winner is... CEDRIC DIGGORY!" cheers erupted from the Hufflepuff's as they carried Cedric away from Hailey. The girl shivered at the loss of warmth. "But seeing that Ms. Potter would have finished first if it wasn't for her determination to rescue not only Ron Weasley but the others as well. We have agreed to award her second place!" Light cheers surrounded the girl as she turned around and hugged her brother.

"I guess I am the better twin huh?"

"You may have won this one, but whos to say I wont win the next?" He says laughing make her laugh as well.

"Now I remember when I first met you all. The biggest bunch of misfits I have ever set me eyes on." Hagrid calls out from behind Harry and I as we walked we our arms slung over eachothers shoulder. "always remembered me of me self when I was younger.. and here we all are four years later! "

"were still a bunch of misfits." Ron laughed out causing me to chuckle as well.

"well maybe, but we've all got eachother, and the twins of course. One of them soon to be.. the youngest. Twi wizard. champion!!"

"Hailey" Harry says stopping me from my fit of giggles and points to a hat on the ground.

"Um Hagrid.." I say as Harry and I break apart as our scars starting to burn. My hand collapsed over my ribcage real fast and my breathing going uneven as we found the body of Barty Crouch on the ground.

Before they knew it, the third and final task of the Triwizard tournament had arrived. As the five champions stood infont of five different openings of a very large maze, Dumbledore was explaining the process and how this task was going to work. Hailey turned to see Draco cheering her on from the stands which made her giggle at how goofy he was.

"Professor Moody has placed the Triwizard cup deep within the maze. Only he knows its exact location. And as Mr. Diggory and Mrs. Potter tied for first place. They will be the first ones to enter the maze. followed by Mr. Potter, then followed by Mr. Krum and Mrs. Delacour. The first person to touch the cup sill be the winner !! Contestants, gather round." All the champions began to huddle around Professor Dumbledore. Hailey smiled as Cedric, who just gave her a plain look. She was about to ask why he didn't give her one back when Dumbledore began to speak again. "In the maze... you will find no dragons or creatures of the deep. But you will face something even more challenging, You see people change in the maze. Find the cup if you can, but be very worried.. you could just lose yourselves... NOW KIDS ! Prepare yourself !"

The champions make their way back to their entrances and wait for the sound of the cannon. As soon as the cannon rung Hailey had made her way inside, turning around before making a run for it she looks at mad-eye. He brings his hand up and points to the right, indicating the she should go to the right to find the cup. She sent him a smile before running down and taking a left. It was quiet, she could no longer hear the sound of the music, or the cheers from the stands. All she heard was her uneven breathing and the crunching of leaves as she made her way through the maze. When she came to an intersection she went to the left, all the while pulling her wand out and keeping it in front of her. She whipped her head around at the loud crunching and heaving breaths she head and found Fleur being pulled under the leaves by roots. She shot a red flare into the air, before hearing a certain person yell making her heart drop. Cedric.

She was trying to find her way to where the sound was coming from when she saw the sudden blue glow, emitting from the Triwizard cup. As she started to walk towards it Krum had jumped infront of her and shot a spell.

'GET DOWN! HAILEY GET DOWN!" Cedric yelled from behind her. She quickly ducked, trying to get back on her feet and also fend off Krum. "Expelliarmus!" Krum shot back and Cedric ran over to him. He was raising his wand get ready to cause more damage until Harry jumped in and stopped him.

"No don't! HEs been bewitched Cedric!" Cedric shoved Harry hard into the leaves.

"get off me!"

"Cedric! hes bewitched!! " Hailey yells out, Cedric lowers his wand hesitantly and looks past her. The Triwizard cup had made its self seen once again, all three of them started to run for it. tripping and pushing their way past eachother. Harry and Hailey were so wrapped up in pushing eachother they hadn't realized that Cedric was currently being pulled by the roots.

"Harry wait!" Hailey cries out making her brother stop dead in his tracks. He turns around and sees Cedric struggling to get out of the roots grip.

"please help me." He cried out.

"reducto!" Harry cries out, making the roots disappear. Cedric pulled himself to the feet and the three of them argued over who should get it before they all grabbed it at the same time.
