The next day Hailey, Harry and Arthur were in the Department of Mysteries. They were currently making their way to the jury room where the jurisdiction would take place. As they turned a corner they saw Lucius and Cornelius discussing down a hallway. Hailey shuttered as her eyes met with the ice cold grey ones that belonged to Draco's father. The same pair of eyes that watched in amusement as Voldemort tortured them that night. The night where she lost her boyfriend. The night that Voldemort had returned. And the night that she would never forget no matter how hard she tried.

She couldn't help but think about Draco as they made their way into the room. As she sat down in a chair, overlooking the group of people that sat before her, her face went blank. Hiding any possible emotion she had, and most importantly to make sure they know that they don't intimidate her. That she is stronger than them. In both the physical and mental aspect.

"disciplinary hearing of the 12th of August." Cornelius spoke as he bang the gravel onto his stand, grabbing everyone's attention and making the room go quiet. "Into offense committed by Harry James Potter and Hailey Lily Potter, residents at number four pivot drive, little winging, surrey. Interrogators: Cornelius Oswald Fudge, Minister of Mag-"

"Witness for the defense." Dumbledore called out, walking through the door and making his way to stand next to the chairs that Hailey and Harry had sat in. "Albus Perciful Wulfric Brian Dumbledore." Hailey couldn't help but be amazed of how long his name was, without showing any emotion or reaction of course. Her eyes didn't even turn around to look at him, her eyes stayed glued on fudge staring him down. Harry however whipped his head around at the sound of the headmasters voice and smiling at himself as he turned back around in his seat.

"You got our message that the time and place of the hearing had been changed, did you?" Cornelius says darting his eyes away from the twins and landing them on Dumbledore.

"I must have missed it." Dumbledore says slowly walking towards slightly. "But by a happy mistake, I arrived at the ministry three hours early." The room went silent for a while, just examining the head master that had stood before them. "the charges?"

"The charges against the accused are as followed: 'that they did knowingly and in full awareness of the illegality of their actions produce a Patronus Charm in the presence of a muggle.' Do you deny producing said Patronus?" The man asked lurking over his desk so he can look down on the twins, one of them showing all his emotion the other showing no emotion.

"No but-" harry started before Cornelius jumped in before he could finish it.

"And you guys were aware that you were forbidden to use magic outside of school while under the age of 17?"

"Yes-we were but--"

"Witches and wizards of the Wizengamot-"

"For merlins sake, we only produced the charm because of the dementors!" Hailey says suddenly causing the room to go silent once again.

"Dementors?" A random women jumped in. "In little whinging?"

"that's quite clever." Cornelius says throwing his finger at the people in the stands making them stop their murmuring. "Muggles cant see dementors can they girl?"

"shes not lying." Harry spoke up suddenly shifting in his chair. "there were three of them and if we hadn't-"

"enough." Cornelius threw hes hands up, making Harry stop in his tracks. "Im sorry to interrupt what would have been a very well-rehearsed story-"

"Oh please, we aren't lying or making anything up. We did what we had to do to not only save us but to save our cousin as well. Would you rather us not be here to see this day? What would you have done in that position? Imagine if it was a family member who need to be saved. Would you let them die? Or have a little risk just to save the person you cared so deeply for." Hailey said standing up from her chair.
