After that incident you took your brother and ran. You didn't know where to go of course, so you just ran.

(Your brother's name is Keiji, yes from Haikyuu, so just imagine baby Akaashi)

You stopped to see huge doors in front of you.
You tried pushing them open, but they were far too heavy. At your second attempt, you put Keiji down, and the mysterious plants helped with all their might. The door opened just small enough for you to fit. You walk in seeing a whole forest and of course you got lost being the directionally challenged child you are. After being lost for a couple of minutes you see a boy in a big play area.

He stopped to look at you. "Who are you?"
'Oh no, am I even supposed to be here?' You panicked.
"Wanna play with me?" The boy asked. You were way too nervous to talk.
"What's your name? I'm Killua" He stood up and walked to you.
"I'm Y/N and this is my brother Keiji.." you said quietly as you showed him your brother.
"Wanna play with me?" He asked again. "You can be my princess, and I'll save you from the evil guys!"

"Okay" You both walked to the sand box. Killua gave Keiji some toys to play with, and he seemed happy just fiddling around with them.

"So, how'd you get in here?" He asked, looking at you curiously.
"Oh- I opened the big doors!" You responded with a smile. He stared for a moment then spoke.
"Let's play then" he smiled back at you.

Killua had offered for you to stay and you agreed. He had tried to hide you but his family found out eventually. His mother had taken a slight liking and always wanted to dress you up. You never refuse her requests as you didn't want to upset anyone.

Killua let you stay for a few weeks in his room, but he always gets scolded. When you're around they pay no mind to you and even some of the butlers ignore you. You wish they wouldn't do that they usually don't get to live after. He says to pay no mind to it and you comply. There was a bigger problem tho. His family. Most of them hated you and looked down on you. Especially his brothers Illumi and Milluki. That's why Killua always tries to keep you well away from them. His father scares you the most though, and one time he saw keiji and looked at him like he was a piece of trash that needed to be thrown away.

Alluka and Kalluto play with you sometimes, but then one day Alluka suddenly locked up. When you found out, you were mad and felt bad for her. Killua said he was gonna get her out someday. "I'll make sure I'll be there to greet her too!"

walking back from the garden, you went to the room you and killua share. you went out briefly to get some flowers to show keiji. While walking you hoped that you wouldn't run into any of the brothers. Welp.

It was Illumi. What is he doing.... he was currently standing next to your brothers crib (that Canary begged Gotoh to get) with his needles in hand. "um Illumi-san? what are you doing?"

"I need to eliminate this thing, it's bad for my brother. You too. Good thing you're here, that makes it easier for me"

~short time skip~

"Y/n you need to leave now."

"Wait what? but Killua.." you started tearing up at the thought of leaving. What about Alluka and Kalluto? Would you be able to see them again? And Killua..

"It's for the good of both of you. This place isn't safe. Not anymore." At this point you were now crying a river. Killua had stopped Illumi just in time and had made a compromise with them. If they leave then he won't hurt them.

"wait", you managed to grow a rose with the help of the plants. "I will see you again"

You, and Keiji traveled far with the money you had left. It was almost night, and you got on a big boat. When the boat started to move, you stared out into the distance. Although it was short time you spent together, you two always stuck next to each other. You missed him. A lot.

Waking up to see the bright morning sky, you say "Let's go Keiji!" smiling and picking him up. He was sad that we left since Keiji had taken a liking to Killua, but we're doing this for him! You jumped off the boat and looked around. 'It seems we're on an island, Whale Island to be exact'

Exploring the island for a while, you meet a boy named Gon. He had tall black hair with green highlights (?) It seems the two of you were the same age. He took you around the Island and welcomed you in his home. "Well where are you from Y/N ?" After talking for a while he insists that you stay with him, and his aunt.

"I appreciate the thought, but I'll just be a burden" you say scratching the back of your head.
"I don't think anyone thinks of you as a burden." He smiled.
"thank you Gon" You were on the verge of tears again. 'I promise I won't be a burden here'. You smile and agreed to Gon's offer.

Staying with Gon, his grandmother, and aunt Mito is quite enjoyable, but of course you still miss Killua teasing you, and having fun together.

Gon is like an older brother to you despite being the same age. Caring for you for all these years. You and Gon are now twelve, and he wants to take the hunter exam to find his dad. Right now he's trying to catch The Lord of The Lake.
"Gon, I'm going back! Tell me when you catch it ok?" He nods concentrating on fishing.

'He's definitely going to catch that fish today. I can feel it. Then I can go with Gon to the hunter exam and look for that guy!' As promised by Aunt Mito. And yes you forgot his name lol
