Chapter Four

Bakugo’s POV 

“Denki?”

As I caught Denki, he slipped into unconsciousness in my arms. 

“Denki?” I said again

I didn’t get a response from him. He has marks, cuts and bruises all over his body. I realized that I had to do something and I had to do something fast. So I ended up taking him to my house. I knocked on the front door cause I couldn’t open it myself. My mom was the one that ended up opening the door. When she saw the passed out boy in my hand she was about to say something but I just walked in and sat him down on the couch.

“Before you ask, I didn’t do anything to him. Can you please get the first aid kit for me?” I asked my mom.

As she grabbed the first aid kit I told her what happened.

“ I was walking back home from the field by our house after letting off some steam and I found him walking towards me. But it looked like he was stumbling and about to fall so I ran to him and caught him before he fell. He ended up falling unconscious in my arms. I ran home after he fell unconscious and he wouldn’t answer me. So that I what happened.” I said

“Good to know. I was going to scold you for doing something but thanks for telling me. Wait a minute, isn’t he one of your classmates?” Mom asked.

“Yes. This is Denki. Denki Kaminari. Let’s just say that I might have a small crush on him.” I say to my mom as I am cleaning up some of Denki’s cuts. “But that isn’t something to worry about right now. Can you please help me with these cuts on him?” I asked mom “I don’t know what happened to him but we will find that out later. We just need to take care of these cuts and marks on him.” I said as mom comes and helps me. 

*Time Skip till after Bakugo finished cleaning up Denki’s cuts*

“Well we have done all that we could. All we can do is just let him rest.” My mom said. “You should just get some rest hon.”

“I’m just going to sleep out here just to make sure Denki is okay.” I said back to mom.

“Okay. If that is what you want.” Mom said. “I will see you in the morning. Have a goodnight’s rest. I love you. You did the right thing today and I am proud of you.” Mom kissed my forehead

“Thanks mom. I love you too. Goodnight.” I said to mom. I went to the linen closet to get some blankets and pillows. I then head back to the living room and set up my sleeping area next to Denki. I put a pillow underneath Denki’s head and I laid a blanket over Denki. When I put the blanket down on Denki, he cuddled into it. That made me happy.

I laid down on the area I was sleeping on. I laid there for a while before I started dosing off. I looked over at Denki one last time before I feel asleep.
