Help Me! BakuKami

Chapter Five

Denki’s POV

I slowly start waking up. I don’t remember where I am at currently, I just know that it’s warm and it’s definitely not something that I am used to. When my eyes finally adjust I realize that I have a blanket over top of me and a pillow over my head. 

Funny thing is, I don’t remember making it back home. But as I look around I realize that this isn’t my house. I shot up really quickly looking around to see where I was at. I realize that my cuts are all bandaged. Whoever helped me did a really good job. I catch a glimpse of someone on the ground. I look down and see ….

“Bakugo?” I whispered but I didn’t say it quietly because he ended up waking up.

“Morning Denki.” He said quietly. I ended up blushing at how cute Bakugo was when he woke up.

“M-M-Morning.” I stuttered.

“How did you sleep? Are you feeling okay?” Bakugo asked as he came and sat next to me.

“Ok, I guess. I’m in a lot of pain but that is nothing out of the ordinary. How did I get here?” I asked

“Well I was walking home and I saw you stumbling so I ran to you and you ended up collapsing in my arms. I realized that you were hurt and you were really light so I ran home and patched you up. You have been unconscious for over twelve hours now.” He said.

“Oh. Thanks. I think I should get going. I have bothered you enough.” I said as I started to get up and walk towards the door but I get pulled back by someone grabbing my wrist. I look at who grabbed me and I saw it was Bakugo. 

Bakugo’s POV

“You haven’t bothered me at all. I’m glad I could help you. Do you want to tell me how you got those marks? You were really bruised last night and you were bleeding from some of the cuts you had.” I asked automatically regretting it. I could see fear in Denki’s eyes as I asked and he tried pulling away. I could see tears start to form in his eyes.

I pulled him into a hug. “You don’t have to tell me right now. It’s up to you alright. Just know that I am here for you Kami and you can tell me when you are ready.” I said in a calming caring voice. 

“Did you just call me by my actually name?” Denki asked leaning back. You could tell he was getting flustered by being called by his first name.

“Yeah, I did. You okay with that?” I asked. I was kind of looking away flustered.

I feel someone grab my face and I look up slowly. I see that it’s Kami and he was blushing just a little bit. “I am okay with it Kat.” As he said he gave me another hug.

I was a little bit shocked because nobody has ever really had the courage to some up to me like this. No everyone was always trying to stay away from me because I was constantly yelling and pushing everyone away. 

I leaned into the hug and we just sat there for a little bit.
