Speeding through the traffic to the small dinner typed of the restaurant what has been located in opposite location Isabella lives. Her heart rhythm was uneven, mouth dry from the running.

Opening doors, scanning the crowded area, Isabella took in the dark, urban exterior. Reddish brick walls, light grey tables with colourful plants hanging from the ceilings. Black and white photographs hung on the wall, matching perfectly with colourful abstract artwork.

Down the left side near the windows, the last table was preoccupied with a culprit who decided to chose inconveniently, but nevertheless nice, location.

Cassie sat with her elbows resting on the table, red hair brought into low braid what laid gracefully on her left shoulder. Wearing a knitted light cream sweater as a light green bomber jacket hung on the chair. For jewellery, she simply chose a silver necklace with a dream catcher pendant.

It was hard to catch what Cassie was doing by the occasional person stepping in Isabella's vision perimeter.

She strutted towards the redhead, heels clicking loudly on the hardwood floor, hand tugging blonde hair out of the mess wind outside created. She draped long, casually tailored camel coat on the spare chair and sunk into her own, facing wild Cassie's eyes.

"Sorry, I'm late. Rush hour and I had a couple of problems to fix." Isabella said, bitting inside her cheek to calm down her breathing.

"It's alright," Cassie flashed a grin, placing the phone down on the table. She offered a menu what Isabella gladly took. "I only got here a few minutes ago. So can't blame you."

"What did you got?"

Cassie pointed at the glass. "Only water. I was waiting for you... don't know you enough to make such an important decision."

"How noble of you."

"I'm trying," Cassie flashed a toothy grin, fixing the rose gold watch on her wrist. "Shall we order now? I had a meeting with my lawyer and I'm starving. Could eat a horse or two."

"I'll keep in mind keep horses away from you."

Cassie let a cheerful laugh roll freely, immersing her eyes onto the artistically made menu. Cursive letters, mouth-watering photos of food, made Isabella's stomach churn. Wanting to finish the last reports and reviews the documents, she only coffee for her lunch.

And a conversation with Harry pushed appetite away.

Isabella opted to a simple pasta dish, not wanting anything too heavy, but equally tasty. Cassie, on the other hand, chose some fish dish what looked delicious.

"You've to try a pumpkin pie. It's our fall main dish. Although, my made is ten times better than Dan's."

Isabella squinted her eyes at Cassie. "You work here?"

"Oh, I thought I mentioned that... but yes, I'm the head chef of TastyBite. It's a start-up, artsy type of lounge mainly focusing on low budged food."

"Let me guess, mainly for students?"

"Yeah,-" Cassie laughed, bobbing her head. "Seattle university campus is just down the street... seemed like convenient for both parties."

Isabella nodded, giving another glance around the restaurant. And indeed, most of the people resembled young only a few steps into adulthood people who were too immersed into their computer screen to even notice action brewing outside.

They were halfway in into their respectful dishes when Cassie dropped a heavily weighted question. "So... how's everything so far? You left you ur moms house without saying much. You okay?"
