Chapter Three

"Yoongi-ah? Are you understanding where I'm getting at?" Namjoon asked after his speech.

Yoongi nodded. "Yes, hyung. But it's not like I go out and look for trouble! It just happens to find me!" Yoongi exclaimed.

Namjoon sighed. "I understand but just because something is there and tangible, doesn't mean you have to reach out and take it or whatever! You don't have to be the hero all the time." Namjoon said.

Yoongi shrugged. "I only help the kids who can't defend themselves! I wouldn't just hurt people to hurt them!" Yoongi said.

Namjoon shrugged. "Once your words didn't work, you should of went and got an adult." Namjoon said.

Yoongi rolled his eyes and leaned back. "Adults suck. No offense you two... but they never listen to us. And it's always "We'll look into it." Or the bully doesn't get properly disciplined and they do it again! Sometimes things happen right in front of them, and they do absolutely nothing! So, I gave up on adults a long ass time ago." Yoongi said.

Namjoon sighed out and looked over at Seokjin. "Babe, do you have anything to say?" He asked.

Seokjin smiled and looked at Yoongi. "I'm proud of you, Yoongi." He said.

"Babe! We're trying to teach him not to do that stuff anymore!" Namjoon said as he saw a big smile spread across Yoongi's face. Seokjin walked over and sat next to Yoongi. He gave the younger a tight side hug. "Baby, we aren't his parents, so we don't have to do that, it's not our job. And besides that, I'm not proud of the fighting, but I am proud you're sticking up for others who can't stick up for themselves." Seokjin said as he smiled and hugged Yoongi again.

Yoongi giggled as Namjoon sighed and rolled his eyes before he smiled and ruffled Yoongi's hair. "Okay, yeah... I'm proud of that too, but you need to really try to make your words work so you don't have to resort to fighting." Namjoon said as he lightly tapped under Yoongi's chin.

Yoongi giggled again a smile smiled warmly from all the affection he was receiving. "Thanks hyungs... are you two sure you can't adopt me?" Yoongi asked.

Seokjin looked up at Namjoon with a bright smile. Namjoon shook his head. "No, what would your mother do? She'd be heart broken." Namjoon said. Yoongi rolled his eyes. "Doubt she'd even care." Yoongi mumbled as there was a knock at the door.

Seokjin smiled at the youngest. "I'd love to adopt you if I could! But your mom needs you, Buddy." He said before he stood up and went to answer the door. Namjoon nodded at Yoongi. "I'd be down too, I'm very fond of you." Namjoon said as he ruffled Yoongi's hair again before he walked into the kitchen and got into the wine.

Yoongi sat on the couch with a smile on his face and warm feeling in his heart, knowing his two favorite people would want him in their lives forever.

"Yoongi-ah!" Seokjin called softly from the doorway. Yoongi got up and walked over to him and frowned. "Oh... mom-"

"Come on, we need to talk." She said.

Yoongi nodded as he walked back and waved to Namjoon. "See you later, hyung. I'll really take your lecture into consideration." Yoongi said with a small smile before he walked back over to Seokjin and his mother.

Seokjin gently patted Yoongi's back. "Thanks for coming over, Yoongi. I'll probably see you tomorrow." Seokjin said. Yoongi looked at his mother who scoffed. "We'll see. Someone is in a whole lot of trouble." She said before she grabbed Yoongi's wrist and yanked him out of Seokjin's apartment.

Yoongi sighed out. "Bye, hyung. Thank you for this evening." He mumbled before his mother dragged him into their apartment.

Seokjin pouted as he closed his door and walked back into the kitchen. Namjoon gently touched the elder's face. "He'll be okay." Namjoon said softly. Seokjin pouted and leaned into the younger's touch. "I hope so." He said softly before he sighed out.
