Chapter Seven

Hoseok pouted a bit as he and Jungkook sat quietly on the rooftop. He watched his best friend as he stared at the morning sky. "Gguk? You okay? You looked like you saw a ghost." Hoseok said softly.

Jungkook turned around and looked at the elder. "I did... I think... I just... I had this boyfriend before I moved here. And that guy looked a LOT like him." Jungkook said.

Hoseok hummed and nodded. "Was it a bad break up?" He asked.

Jungkook shrugged. "Not really? I mean we had a small argument, him not understanding why I broke up with him instead of doing long distance... but we decided we didn't want to end things like that, that if our paths ever crossed again, we could be friendly. Honestly... I still love him. And that guy... he just looked a lot like him. But MY hyung had a pretty bad scar and last time I saw him, he had bleached blonde hair." Jungkook said.

Hoseok furrowed his eyebrows. "Gguk, that guy had black hair and no scar. Maybe something about him just reminded you of him." Hoseok said as he walked over to the younger and patted his shoulder.

Jungkook sighed out and nodded. "Yeah, you're right..."

Hoseok smiled brightly. "So you're good? Cause we should go help get the dance studio ready. They're giving the new kids a tour of the school." Hoseok said.

Jungkook nodded as he took the elder's hand. "Let's go, hyung." Jungkook said before he and Hoseok walked back inside of the school.

"Alright! Let's stop by the principal's office... he wanted to have a word with you before the new arrivals ceremony." Namjoon said as he lead Yoongi.

Yoongi sighed and looked around the school. "It's nice." Yoongi said in a low voice. Namjoon smiled. "I really think you'll like it here, Yoongs." He said before he ruffled the younger's hair, making Yoongi smile before they walked into the principal's office.

Namjoon smiled and placed his hands on Yoongi's shoulders as the principal stood up. "Ah, Mr. Kim, this is..."

"Min Yoongi, sir. My son." Namjoon said.

Yoongi looked up at the elder and furrowed his eyebrows, but quickly relaxed as the principal extended his hand. "Hello Yoongi! If you're as bright as your father, I'm more than glad to have you at our school! Now I just need to have a word with your father, could you wait for him outside?"

Yoongi nodded. "Yes and thank you, sir, for allowing me to go here. I promise I'll stay out of trouble." Yoongi said as he bowed.

The principal smiled and nodded. "Good. Now go ahead and wait for him. I hope you have a wonderful first day." He said. Yoongi glanced up at Namjoon before he walked out of the office and waited.

Two minutes passed before Namjoon walked out and over to Yoongi. "Ready?" He asked. Yoongi stood up and looked around before he took his sunglasses off. "My father? Hyung, I'm sixteen and you're twenty-four!" Yoongi said.

Namjoon shrugged. "I might of lied to them and told them that Jin-hyung and I adopted you... I had to or else they weren't going to let you come here! So if anyone asks, I'm your dad." Namjoon said as they walked down the hallway.

Yoongi nodded. "That's not really going to be a problem, you are my father figure, you and Jin-hyung." Yoongi said as he went to put his sunglasses on, but he ended up dropping them as Namjoon hugged him tightly. "I love you kid." Namjoon said as he sniffled.

Yoongi smiled and patted the elder's back. "I love you too... dad."

Namjoon stood up straight and wiped his eyes before he picked up Yoongi's sunglasses. "Also I have to keep these, sorry..."

Yoongi sighed out and pouted. "It's okay..." Yoongi said as they made it to the auditorium.

"Go in there. Come to my classroom during your free time after lunch, okay?" Namjoon said before he gave Yoongi one last hug. Yoongi nodded and smiled before he opened the door and walked inside.

He wanted to do nothing more than to hide as everyone turned to stare at him. Yoongi sighed softly to himself as the whispers started. Yoongi walked down the row to a seat close to the stage but away from everyone else.

Yoongi placed his backpack next to him before he put his feet up and leaned back. He heard some of the boys talking about his scar, prompting him to look over and glare at them. Yoongi smirked and chuckled to himself before he put his attention on the stage as a boy walked out with a microphone in his hand.

Yoongi felt like he couldn't breathe as he stared at the nervous boy. Yoongi slowly looked him over as he began to deliver his speech.

"Um... H-Hello, new fellow classmates! I'm your student president council- ah I-I mean I'm your student council president; Kim Taehyung. O-on behalf o-of the scho... school, I-I'd like to welcome you t-to Bogyum Prep! I-If you have an-any questions, please d-d-direct them to me or to my v-vice president; Park Jimin." Taehyung said as he pointed over to Jimin who smiled and waved before he walked over and took the microphone from Taehyung. "Thank you Taehyung! Please everyone give it up for the student council President!" Jimin said.

Yoongi blushed as he clapped loudly and bit too enthusiastically, making everyone look over at him. Yoongi wanted to coward down in his chair but instead he gave the others a cold glare, prompting them to clap as enthusiastically as he did. Yoongi smirked and sat back in his chair before he looked back up at the stage and saw that only Jimin was stood there. Yoongi pouted a bit and slumped his shoulders as he listened to Jimin.

After it was over, they were all waiting for the tour to start. Yoongi grabbed his backpack and walked over to the stage in search of the cute pigtailed boy.

"Hi! I'm Park Jimin, Vice President, did you need any help or did you have any questions?" Jimin asked Yoongi as he stood in front of him. Yoongi blinked a couple times before he looked Jimin over.

Jimin smirked to himself as he watched Yoongi check him out.

"Uh, no... I'm good, thanks." Yoongi said before he looked behind Jimin as Taehyung walked down off the stage. Yoongi looked at Jimin and gave him a small smile. "Excuse me." Yoongi said before he walked past Jimin and over to Taehyung.

"Uh.. hello." Yoongi said as he approached Taehyung. Taehyung looked at him and smiled as he blushed. "H-Hi... uh I mean welcome also! Um w-what can I do for you? Or I mean help you with?" Taehyung muttered as he blushed more.

God he's so fucking cute! Yoongi thought as his smile widened before he got closer to Taehyung and furrowed his eyebrows. "You look familiar..." Yoongi said. Taehyung rubbed the back of his neck. "Guess I just have one of those faces." Taehyung said.

Yoongi smirked a bit. "Definitely not, you're too unique looking." Yoongi said flirtatiously.

Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows. "Oh... um... thank you? I guess that's a good thing?"

Yoongi blushed as his eyes widened. "Ah yeah- no! I mean it is a good thing! Because uh.. you're... you're gorgeous- beautiful! I um..." Yoongi watched as the taller blushed more and shifted uncomfortably. "I-I'm not hitting on you! I just wanted to- yeah... um, okaybye." Yoongi said quickly as he turned around to walk away, but was met with Jimin. "Oh, sorry." Yoongi said.

Jimin smiled. "It's okay, wanna hang with us during the tour? We have to go with you guys in case you have any questions." Jimin said.

Yoongi rubbed his neck as he glanced back at Taehyung. "Um.. no... I-I'm okay. Thank you though, Jimin-ssi." Yoongi said before he walked away.

Jimin squealed a bit as he walked up to Taehyung. "He remembered my name!"

Taehyung nodded. "Congrats... you've known him for ten minutes and he remembered your name. I've known Jungkook for almost two years and he's said a total of thirteen WORDS to me! WORDS, Jimin! And he doesn't even know my name! He calls me 'Jimin's friend.' " Taehyung said in a mocking tone.

Jimin shrugged. "Told you to forget about him! I told you he was an asshole, but you never listen to me!"

Taehyung pouted. "Leave me alone... you just wait! I'll build up the courage to talk to him!" Taehyung said before he and Jimin followed behind the new students as they left for their tour.
