special episode 1: the distant sibling comes back 

  its a cold winter evening, Lyla is sitting back on the very same tree stump she always sits on waiting for kai's return, Deronn walks out the house to meet her, concerned for her health he brings her one of his jackets to keep her warm 

Deronn: "Lyla its freezing out here...come inside before you get terribly sick..." 

Lyla: she takes the jacket putting it on continuing to stare infinitely into the forest entrance sighs 

Deronn: "look just don't sit out here for too long...ill come back to get you after a little while..." walks back into the house 

Lyla: she grips the sleeve of the jacket as she stares a little blue wolf pup would walk out from behind a tree keeping his nose close to the ground whilst going around in a circle 

Lyla: she notices the wolf pup looking at him for a moment then she would slowly walk towards him he'd sit, sniffing the air, ignoring her movements 

Lyla: in a soft voice she would speak to him "k-kai...? he'd look at her tilting his head sideways, a purple wolf would lay behind him" 

Lyla: she would stare at the wolf behind the pup, her eyes would widen "it cant be...!" she runs over to them "is it you...Kai...and auntie...?" 

the pup would bark, jumping up on her and licking her face. The purple wolf would give a kind of small smile

Lyla: she would give a wide smile hugging the pup "it is you!! you finally came back!!" 

Kai: he'd transform "I missed you! Aunty DJ snuck me out while mummy was sleeping, I don't have much longer till I have to leave again" 

Lyla: "really!?" she looks over at dj smiling  "thanks auntie...thank you so much.." 

DJ: nods 

Kai: "I missed you sissy!" he'd hug her tight, not showing any signs of letting go 

Lyla: she hug him just as tight back with tears going down her face "I've missed you too kai!!" 

Kai: he'd rub her back "don't cry sissy, I'm here now...it's ok.." 

Lyla: "i-its just...id thought id never get to see you again....after mother left..." 

Kai: "Mums just a paranoid butthole, she'll get over it...she misses you...all of you.." 

Lyla: "she does..." she looks down for a bit in silence then back up at kai "why doesn't she come visit..?" 

Kai: "It's too hard for her...she doesn't want to see dad.." 

Lyla: "she doesn't have to see father...! i mean it wouldn't be the same without him but...idk..." 

Kai: "just give Mum some time"  a howl could be heard in the distance 

DJ: she'd stand looking towards the direction it came from 

Kai: "I guess it's time to go...he'd hug her tight one last time"

Lyla: "no...i want more time...i need more time...! you come back only to leave again.." 

Kai: "Lyla, I don't have much choice, I have to go or she'll come here all angry and I don't want that. I'll be back again, don't worry" he'd smile, climbing onto DJ's back and disappearing into the forest 

Lyla: as she watches them leave she slowly starts crying with a little smile on her face "you better come back..." 

Deronn then comes back to check on Lyla, he sees her cry in front of the forest entrance Lyla 

Deronn: "what's wrong?! are you ok?!" 

Lyla: "I-I'm fine.." she hugs him "i saw him...i saw kai and auntie..." 

Deronn: "what...? you saw dj and kai..." looks off into the forest then smiles "i see...thanks DJ...come Lyla, lets get inside" 

Lyla and Deronn get up walking inside the house, then we cut to dj and kai walking back home 

Kai: crying "I-it was nice that we got to see her" 

 DJ: nods, wiping his tears with her tail 

Kai: "maybe mum won't be as mad when we tell her where we went..?"
