"You're fucking dead!" Ray rushed at the wizard with blinding speed, slashing at him with the scythe that was powered up at this point. He follows through only to split the giant book case in two. "Still a wizard you little shit, not gonna let you leave this place, my reputation is in the line he-" Colton hits him right in the hand with a shot from his rifle. "Yeah you bastard bet you didn't count on technology when you started that speech haha." Balbodar falls to the ground clutching his now nub of where his hand used to be. "He might try to run" Ray says "let me try something." Ray walks over to Colton and puts his black scaly clutch on the massive rifle and then hits the switch. The whole thing glows a bright red at this point. "Hit him dead center chest, then we leave town. " Ray says with a smirk and glowing eyes. "Aye aye brosef" Colton says as he takes aim at the old man. "Wait I might be able to convince the town othe-" "shut your goddamn mouth, this whole conversation could have happened if you, I don't know didn't try to kill us off the bat." Colton fires the recoil takes him off his feet and the bullet that flew was smaller and purple instead of the normal fluorescent blue.

The instant the projectile touched the old man Ray threw up a barrier and held the other two hero's close. The explosion that followed destroyed the massive house altogether, nothing but burning pages and melted armor suits remained.
