Third Person PoV

" What's it like feeling no pain?" 

Y/n asked her boyfriend Joshua while they were eating churros on a bench in the park

Joshua who took a bite of his churros looked at his girlfriend

 " Well though I get shot it won't hurt " He smiled

 " Isn't it a bit scary though?" she says, " I'll get weak but I won't feel any pain "

 he wraps an arm around her shoulder, I leaned on him while we ate churros.

" You're gonna slip "

 Joshua complains as Y/n was skipping on the side of the road where it was slippery

 " I won't I promise, " she continues to hop stepping on the puddles

 " I'll buy something from the convenience store okay? " 

Joshua lets go of her hand and smiles at her before walking inside

he picked up a basket and walked around the store, he got some kimbap and some coffee and a few snacks and walked towards the counter

he placed his food down and paid for his items

 when he walks out people were gathered in the middle of the road and an ambulance

he widens his eyes as he rushed towards the scene and he collapsed

" Hyung! " Mingyu came rushing in while the other members followed behind

 Joshua held Y/n's hand tightly as she was laying on the hospital bed

 Mingyu Y/n's younger brother walked over to the other side of the bed

" Hyung what happened?" Mingyu asked him

 " You pabo...You didn't listen to me, " Joshua chuckles lightly

 a car run over Y/n as she slipped, thankfully a group of police guards were walking by and saw what happened

 so Y/n was quickly brought to the hospital, but not fast enough to keep her awake

Joshua held her hand tighter, Joshua kissed the back of her hand, and rubbed her palm with his thumb, the doctor came in and was looking at the papers attached to his clipboard

 " How is she?" Mingyu asked

 " She is in critical condition right now since the truck that ran over her was carrying heavy materials " Joshua bit his bottom lip

 " But since she was rushed to the hospital on time she can wake up in the next few months " 

Mingyu's eyes widen, " In a few months!? " Mingyu collapsed on the couch

" Isn't it better than waiting for a year?" Jeonghan pats his back

" Y-Yeah I guess so..." the doctor bows before walking out

they all turned their heads to Joshua who was staring at Y/n

 " Hyung are you okay?" Dino asks as he walks towards him

" Is this what pain feels like?" Joshua cried quietly, his free hand clenched as he held his chest

 " It hurts so much " Joshua started to sob, " Hyung it's okay " Dino patted his back

 " The pain will go away..." Joshua whispers as he looks at her

 " Wake up please, so the pain can go away..."
