Mingyu

Third Person PoV

It was raining hard today

Y/n was waiting for her boyfriend Mingyu to get his stuff so they could head home

with his wide smile walking towards her he wraps an arm around her shoulder

 " I'll hold it " Y/n offers and opens the clear umbrella

they run towards Mingyu's car with the umbrella underneath them

as Mingyu held the umbrella he used it to cover Y/n as she was entering the car

she closed the door and Mingyu walks to the driver's seat, as he closed the umbrella he places it in the back seat

The two were finally inside

Y/n stood still and closed her eyes when loud thunder was heard

 Y/n had Astraphobia it was so severe for her she was scared of the thunder

 it all started since she was sixteen when she was abandoned by her family outside when there was a thunderstorm

 Mingyu turned back and ran straight to her and Y/n collapsed in his arms

 Mingyu was always worried every time she would collapse " Y/n..." 

she was crawled into a ball and Mingyu took her to the couch

 she was on his lap and she was grabbing the cloth of his shirt

she was shivering in fear, Mingyu looked at her and hugged her tightly

" I'm here baby it's alright " Y/n looked at Mingyu and he smiled at her

" You're my brave girl, right? I'm here with you " 

Y/n stopped shivering but she would flinch every time thunder was heard

" I wanna tell you something " Y/n snuggled on his chest

" I have a fear too " she looks at him

 " Really?" Mingyu nods and pecks her forehead, " I have thanatophobia " 

Y/n looked at him and raised an eyebrow, " What's that?" Mingyu held her hand tightly

" It's the fear of losing someone " he looks at her

 " And I don't wanna lose you, so always remember I'm here okay? You don't have to be scared" 

Y/n sat up and they both looked at each other lovingly

" I'm always here for you okay? If you need me my arms are wide open for you " 

Mingyu chuckles " Cute~ " 

Y/n hugged Mingyu again since the thunder was once again heard

 " I-It's so loud " Mingyu smirked and slid his hands inside her shirt

 " Shall we see who's louder?"
