Well... here goes nothing
You walked into the room half excepting to see a tall, gigantic, scary, buff looking man. Or maybe an old, grumpy, short, and moody old man.
To your surprise it was neither of the two.
Instead you saw an (actually rather attractive) blonde male who appeared to be in his late 20's to early 30's sitting down with his feet on a desk, smoking a cigarette.
His hair pulled back with some sort of headband.
In most movies the mysterious leader who's actually pulling all the strings always ends up being some young hot guy, so you didn't expect it to actually be that way in real life.
But it didn't matter how he looked, whether he was attractive or repulsive. You weren't here to make friends or build unnecessary relationships. Your goal was to live up to the name that suddenly had huge a legacy behind it, or somehow go back to the way things were before.
And to do that you had to stay focused (plus you already had a bunch of other hot guys basically drooling over you anyways😉).
You did what you had to do and walked into that room with all the confidence and determination you could muster up.
The man seemed to be in deep thought so he was a bit startled seeing you and all the other boys suddenly make their way into his room and stop at his desk.
He stood up, cleared his throat, and spoke.
"Well Ms. L/n, it looks like we finally have the pleasure to meet" he said.
"Yes, hello and thank you for everything, it's a pleasure to meet you" you bowed.
"Oh and you can call me Ukai by the way. I'm sure someone must've already you, I don't really like all the 'Mr' stuff. Same thing with the bowing, no need to do it, fuck hierarchy."
'Wow, he's definitely something' you thought to yourself.
"Oh ok, sorry" you replied
"Ok, let's just get right into it. Y/n, as you know you are the heir to, well, all of this" he said expanding his arms.
He continued, "It was your Father's dying wish that you inherit everything when you turned 18, and as you know today is your 18th birthday. Happy birthday by the way. Now from what people have reported to me, and from what I've observed, you are definitely powerful and you have a lot of potential."
"I'm sorry to interrupt but what are you getting at?" you asked.
"Right, well, obviously you won't get everything right away. You need to be prepared before the title is officially given over, that is the title that I currently hold. So after tomorrow, you will be starting to work alongside me, and you will be coming along with the team for official on and off-field missions."
"Wait, so what you're saying is that I'm actually going to start fighting..."
"I wouldn't word it that way but, yes" he replied.
"HEY Y/N DON'T WORRY IT'S GONNA BE REALLLYYY FUN, TRUST ME!!! PLUS YOU'LL GET TO SEE ALL MY POWER MOVES IT'LL BE SO AWESO-" Hinata started saying.
"BOKE, Hinata, BOKE, this is a serious moment!" Kageyama whispered loudly, while he hit the back of Hinata's head.
"Sorry" he said looking down.
Ukai began laughing which was kinda unexpected to say the least.
"God damn, what would I do without you guys" he said
"Ok well, thats all Y/n. Thank you Daichi for bringing her up here. Now I'm pretty sure you all have a dance to attend to that's starting in about..." he looked at his watch.
"20 minutes, so I suggest you get going" he finished off.

You still weren't very sure how the dance thing was gonna go down, so you were pretty nervous.
"Hey Pipsqueak!" Tsukki called you over.
"What do you want Salty" you said in an annoyed tone.
"Salty? Thats a new one. Anyways we have to start getting in our positions, the dance is about to begin" he said.
"Ok, let's get this over with." you said
"Oh and try not to trip and fall or step on my shoes" he lowered down to your height and whispered.
The willpower you had in order to restrain yourself from ripping this guys head off was unbelievable.
Soon after, the music began to play, this was your queue to make the entrance.
*a/n: ok if u want to listen to a song playing in the background during these scenes i suggest "sway" by michael bublé (hisoka's song LMAO), thats what i imagine😁 or any dark academia song*
Tsukishima wrapped his arms around your waist and led you onto the dance floor as all the other pairs of two followed.
While you danced with him you kinda saw a part of him that he didn't really show to others, in a way he was more vulnerable. But at the same time dominant, it was a weird feeling.
He spun you around
He twirled you
Dipped you
You two did the routine effortlessly
And once again, all eyes were on you
You and your partner glided across the room as if you were dancing on clouds.

The song slowly came to an end so you and Tsukki made your way to the back of dance floor as your final exist.
Thats when something sparked you curiosity.
You were starving after all that dancing so of course you had to go to the dining bar. You asked for a (favorite drink) and grabbed some complimentary peanuts.
Because of your hunger you were just taking handfuls of the peanuts not looking at what you were grabbing. As you were biting down on some of them you felt a weird taste in your mouth.
You spit out what you were eating (in a graceful way😌) out in a napkin, and saw that there was a piece of paper stuck onto a peanut.
You ripped off the paper and saw it had something written on it, it read...

You knew better than this, you're smarter than to go to some random place in the middle of the night because of a mysterious note.
But you've been kept in the dark for too long about this whole Mafia thing, you needed to know more, you needed to know the truth.
So, is what you're about to do extremely stupid? Yes.
Did you know the fact something is almost bound to go wrong? Yes.
Is that going to stop you? Absolutely not.
*a/n: ugh idk if i like this chapter bc i dont wanna make her seem oblivious or naive. she's proven to be smart and analytical, so it might seem a bit out of character for her to go along with the note. but i wanna clarify that she knows what she's getting into, and the reason she's doing it is to get answers (since she's been lied to her whole life) not bc she's a dum dum.*
