Chapter 8

"Your choice princess..."

Those words lingered in your ears for a while before snapping back to reality.

This was once again one of those moments when you knew that all that training your Grandma made you do all those years ago had finally come in handy. She was preparing you for the future she knew would come.

You look up at said pretty boy and replied, "You underestimate me."

With that said you quickly elbowed his arms away from your waist and turned him around restraining his arms in lock hold. 

You whispered into his ears, "And don't tell me what to do."

You then knocked him behind the knees making him fall to the ground.

You walked away leaving him speechless on the ground staring at you and feeling like a complete and total badass.

Ok now after that total power moment you just had, it was back to being lost in a huge crowd of people. You didn't even know who you were looking for, Tsukishima, Sakura, Kiyoko, Yachi, literally anyone besides one of those weird perverted flirty kidnappers.

You were debating on whether to stay inside and wait for someone to find you or go outside and search for someone yourself.

But then as if it were a sign from the universe you saw a lady with white hair in a high bun pass you. 

To anyone else it would just look like a random old lady at a fancy gala, but you knew that at any sort of fancy event your grandma always wore a high bun. 

Naturally you followed the lady and saw that she went into a small room that seemed to be hidden past all the other doors.

She walked in but left the door slightly open almost as if telling you to come in.

You opened the door wider and then ran into the arms of the lady standing in front you.

"O-Baachan! I missed you so much, I'm so happy to see you!"

"My dear Y/n, I missed you too. Well first of all Happy Birthday! Awe you already look so old (wow gee thanks grandma). And I told you we'd meet again, no way I'd miss this special day."

"I have so much to tell you, I'm being followed by these guys and I can't seem to find anyone from Karasuno. Also why'd you have to sneak me in here, couldn't you just have talked to me before" you said.

"I know, I know. The reason we have to sneak around like this is because I'm not really supposed to be around you, the leaders still believe I'll try and take you back. And about the guys, please be careful Y/n, I'm not exactly sure from which family (mafia group) they're from yet but I'm sure they'll try and take you to join them", she replied.

"I just wish you could be around more" you said.

"Hey it's alright, plus I saw you totally beat that guy on the dance floor, I'm proud of the powerful woman I raised."

You looked away in embarrassment, "Oh you saw that? Hahahahah (awkward laughing )"

"Ok well dear I have to go, if I stay here too long they'll start to suspect something. Oh and by the way I saw Sakura just outside the grand entrance to the right, I figured you were probably looking for her", grandma said.

You guys gave each other a goodbye hug as she exited the room, you waited a couple minutes before you left too so it wouldn't look suspicious.

You then went to where grandma told you and just as she said Sakura was there.

"Y/n!!! Where have you been young lady? I thought you ditched me or something" Sakura scoffed.

You rolled your eyes, "Oh come on sassy pants you know I can take care of myself, and don't worry I was just......um... exploring. Yeah I was exploring, after all this place is huge."

"THATS EXACTLY WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING FOR THAT EXACT REASON!" Sakura looked like her head was about to explode.

She might've been mad at the moment but it was better than telling her a mysterious group of guys all just tried to kidnap you. If you did tell her that, her head might've literally exploded.

"Well I'm fine so don't worry, and try not to be so mad all the time, it creates wrinkles" you said to her.

Knowing that Sakura was a beauty queen that was sure to distract her.

"What! Omg Omg, please tell me I don't have wrinkles" she replied.

"Oh come on lets just go get some food I'm starving" you said. 

"Um actually the group needs you back they told me to look for you to tell you that. When you're done me, Kiyoko and Yachi will be by the bar" Sakura said with a wink.

You made your way to where Sakura said they were waiting for you.

You saw most of the guys from Karasuno standing in a circle looking to be in serious conversation, thats when you spotted Tsukishima.

"Hey Tsukishima! Yeah you, the giant salt shaker! I never got to properly beat your ass for leaving me BY MYSELF over there after calling me a DRAMA QUEEN. You cracked your knuckles and this time you lunged at him actually expecting to attack, but nope. This time you got pulled back by none other than Suga.

"Alrightyy, everything's ok no need to start a fuss" he said nervously, as we were both now on the ground. 

As you were getting back up Tsukki said, "Wow Y/n are you that desperate to get on top of me?"

"OK THATS IT" but suddenly out of no where Kageyama took hold of your wrist and said, "Can you both stop fooling around I wanna get out of here."

'Geez grumpy much?' you thought to yourself.

"Whatever he's right, what is it that you guys needed me for?" you asked Daichi.

"Well Y/n, it's time for you to meet the big boss."

"Y/N I BET YOU'LL LOVE HIM, HE'S SUPER DUPER EXTRA COOL. WHEN WE'RE ON THE FIELD HE MAKES STUFF GO BOOM AND POW AND POOF AND PEW PEW AND-" Hinata was saying.

"Hinata if you say one more word I'll pew pew your ass off the face of the Earth." Kageyama said glaring at him.

Noya and Tanaka naturally burst out laughing which caused Kageyama to glare at them too. 

"Ok anyways, back to what I was saying, he doesn't really like it when we call him Mr. or Boss so you can just call him Ukai. And he can be intimidating but don't worry"

Yeah I'm totally not gonna be worried about meeting the 'big boss' who makes things go 'boom and pow and poof and pew pew' of the Mafia gang I'm supposed to inherit. 

We all went up a huge flight of stairs when finally we reached the top floor, Daichi put in a key to and old time looking lock when the door opened.

"Well" Daichi said, "After you.."
