Soon, the winter break finally came to an end. Students came back from visiting their families for the holidays, and the classes that remained were unfortunately no longer alone on campus. However, the ones who had complained most about it, Syobai and Yuri, were still away on their impromptu, as Syobai considered it, trip to Russia.

Sora and Mikado walked close to each other as they made their way to the school building. They had to attend another Student Council meeting as they did every month, but this time, because they didn't have any new suggestions, they figured that it would go quicker this time.

When they finally ascended the stairs and went into the designated classroom on the fifth floor, they found that everybody else was already there. "Oh, are we late? Sorry, we didn't know." Sora apologized as she and Mikado went to their usual seats.

"It's no problem. Everybody else actually showed up early for once." Kiriko joked.

"Yeah, because we don't want to deal with the noisy idiots outside coming back from off-campus." Asukasei muttered.

"Asu, please..." Soshun sighed.

"But is he wrong?" Shoji asked, leaning against his desk.

"Ah, I'm not complaining." Ted sighed. "More people around means more of an audience to my wonderful fireworks!"

Sosuke slammed the table in front of him. "Dude, who cares about your stupid fireworks?! You almost blew up the entire goddamn track last time! And considering it was under a pretty big layer of snow, that should be a sign that you're out of your mind!"

"I beg your pardon?" The pyrotechnician glowered at the redhead.

"You two, stop fighting. It won't benefit anyone." Chiaki warned, not looking up from her Gala Omega game.

"Everybody stop!" Kotomi ordered, separating the fighters. "This is a place where we're supposed to help each other and the school! Why the hell are you two fighting?!"

The two boys reluctantly sat back down in their seats, grumbling all the while. Chiaki smiled, having sensed that the fight was broken up. As the room calmed down, Soshun stepped forward to begin the meeting.

"Alright, now that the kerfuffle has been dealt with, let's begin the meeting." He started. "But before we get onto talking about the class suggestions, I have an announcement coming straight from Principal Kirigiri."

"An announcement?" Suzuko repeated in confusion.

"I'm sure that you all have heard that there is a new Hope's Peak building in construction by now. That was the reason that the East Quarter was closed off for a long time to students, they didn't want us to interfere with the construction of the building." Soshun continued. "This will be surrounded by minor buildings for subjects such as science, literature, physics, art, health and language."

"I'm sure that many students will benefit from these buildings!" Kiyotaka exclaimed. "I do believe I personally know a few classmates that would!"

"We do too, Hajime with the health building." Mikado whispered, and he and Sora had to stifle their giggling.

"How long has this been going on?" Santa piped up.

"It's been going on since around August, I think." Kotomi shrugged. "I think they're just putting the finishing touches on now. Which still is a lot, considering the size of the damn thing."

"If I might asked, do you know when the building's construction is going to be finished?" Mikako asked.

"According to the principal, the construction should be finished around the beginning of March. After the building is finished, all classes are to be moved into that building while the current building will be used as a storage depot, or so I've heard." The Ultimate Student Council President finished.
