"Gion—you're bleeding!" But Gion didn't move. He looks like statue looking somewhere. Tyler hold Gion's wrist that's bleeding but Gion pushed him away causing others to be shocked and gasped.
"G-gion," He faced others with a cold facade. Tyler, Neil, Keita, Silla are their looking at him.
"Love, if you still angry about locking you in your room—"
"Don't call me love. It gives me creep."
"What do you mean—" he cut Tyler's words.
"Why are you two here?" He asked Tyler and Neil. "You supposed not be here."
"Gion, we are worried about you—" He signaled Neil to stop talking.
"Tyler, Neil. I called you that night but no ones answered. Your phones just kept ringing..." After hearing that all of their faces tuned pale except Keita and Silla they're not in the Philippines when that tragedy happened.
"Y-you remem—"Tyler didn't continue his words because Gion spoke again.
"Yes, I remembered how you and Neil fooled me. And you even act like nothing happened when I wake up after being comatose. How funny isn't? Masaya ba? Did you enjoy fooling me around?" Tyler and Neil bowed their head like they are ashamed. They can't look at Gion right now. Keita tapped Gion's back. He looked to Neil he felt something stabbing inside him. Neil is best friend.
"Neil, you ever wish that I ready die that night or in bed while I'm coma?"
"G—"
"Just answer my question. Did you ever wished that I should die."
"Y-yes. i'm so—"
"I don't want to see your faces. Leave now." Gion said.
"I'm sorry—" he put his hand and faced his palm to Tyler who is desperate for forgiveness.
"I don't need your sorry, Tyler. Or even yours, Neil. I want you to leave this room now." He even pointed the door. Tyler and Neil don't have any choice but to leave.
"So you remember everything now?." Silla asked. He nodded.
"Every details." Gion looked to Jariell again. Jariell just staring at him with sad eyes. He clenched his fist and avoid the ghost eyes it's too sad. And Gion hates it.
"Are you sure that you can will stay here alone. Pwede naman kitang samahan?" Gion shrugged his head after hearing Keita's words.
"I can manage Keita. You can go home. Thank you," Keita and Silla leave. Leaving Gion's alone again as the latter requested it.
"Gion..." Gion refused to look at Jariell. He can't look at him right now. Everything was clear to him. Jariell is the one who killed his parents and tried to kill him too. The ghost float in front of him.
"Gion, look at me. Talk to me." But Gion acted like he didn't heard anything. Until Jariell hold his arm. But when his hand landed to Gion's skin. A scene from Gion's memories played. Gion saw his parents again lying in the mud with blood and lifeless. He pushed Jariell a soon as he saw that.
"Don't ever touch me again." He stood up and walked toward the door and went outside.
"Jariell you shouldn't do that." Jariell said to himself. He want to stay inside Gion's ward and let Gion think alone but he knew any moment he will pulled to Gion's side.
"My mission is done right? He already done his test. He remembered everything."
Gion went to the rooftop of the hospital. He hugged himself when the wind embraced him. He wiped his tears and chuckled. He is now thinking how fate played his life. He just want a happy life. But the life that was given to him was opposite. Gion didn't take it anymore so he let his sob came out. He don't care anymore if someone heard him. All he cared was to ease the pain inside him. The pain that is wrecking him down slowly.
"PLEASE MAKE THIS PAIN GONE!" He yelled.
"MAKE ME FORGET EVERYTHING AGAIN."
"P-please... I t-thought if I-i remember everything I will find the key to b-be happy. Pero b-bakit parang mas masakit 'y-yong katotohanan?."
"T-the truth was unbearable."
"P-please..." Jariell witnessed everything. How Gion yelled in pain. How he begged. He remembered when Gion pled him to let him go that night but he still pull the trigger in Gion's head without even listening to the latter. He regrets it. If he could turn back the time he will change everything but he can't. He died. And all the thing he can do is to watch Gion's suffering from the things he'd done. Because of his mistake.
"Gion..." When Gion heard that he faced Jariell without any expression.
"I want you to disappear in my sight forever."
"G-gion, we have a lot of things to do—"
"I will never ever help you to find the lights. You don't deserve to be ascend. Stay here and be a lost soul forever." Jariell was stunned after hearing that. He is a ghost. A lost soul but he could feel the strange feeling rising in him. Inside him was aching. He can feel the pain. And he deserves it. He deserves to die. He deserves to rot in hell. And most of all he deserves seeing Gion suffered in pain caused by him.
"Remember, when I told to you that I will engrave your name in my soul and despise you. Well it's happening now. I loath you." Gion said in the mad manner and tried to walk away from him.
"G-gion." Jariell blocked Gion's way.
"Stay away from m—"
"Kahit hindi na para sa 'kin. Para nalang sa magulang mo. You need to make him pay. The person who plan everything." Gion stopped as he heard that.
"I didn't plan it all. I just was deceived-—" he seriously faced the ghost.
"Who?"
"Mr. T—" Jariell suddenly fall on the ground and feel an excruciating pain exploding inside him. It feels like his soul is tearing apart. Gion was surprised when he saw blood rushing in ghost's mouth, head. And even in his chest like he was shot in death.
"W-what happened, Jariell?" Gion suddenly forgot his anger seeing Jariell yelling and crying in pain. He tried to touch Jariell but his hand just pass through in. He didn't even feel Jariell unlike before.
"W-what happened? Why I can't touch y-you." Gion tears escaped when Jariell looks like vanishing. He don't understand. He hates the ghost but why he's scared? Why he's crying? Bakit siya natatakot mawala 'to. And why he's hurting while looking to Jariell in this situation. He should be in hatred not in fear of losing him.
"J-jariell..."
"AHHHHHH—" The soul keep yelling and bleeding. Gion tried to touch Jariell once again and this time he succeeded but as his hand touch Jariell skin his eyes become blurry and he feel something pulling him somewhere. He felt sleepy. Gion fell in the cold floor and darkness invade his system.
