He was glaring at you. Eyes as sharp as a snake's deadly glare. A warning engulfed in it and surrounded with pure madness. You trembled underneath his body, eyes unable to glance away from his. You wanted to apologize, you wanted to say something; anything but instead, you froze like a dog chained by its owner. His face closer to yours and your tears begin to form. You were scared. This isn't how Levi used to stare at you. Even if he was mad, he was never this furious.

"Move," he commanded. When you didn't, he clicked his tongue and grip your arm, pulling you to the side.

"I-I'm-" You stuttered. Glancing at him, you saw that he was clicking on the keyboard and the mouse, shutting down his desktop. "I-I'm s-sorry."

When he turned to face you, he didn't look at you but instead, he passed by your side and grabbed his coat that was hanging behind the door. He grabbed the keys in his pocket and halted. "I'll send you home."

You didn't dare to speak again. You were sure that he was never this furious. Following his steps, you glanced down the floor and started to question your mind. Who is that girl? Her medium, short light-ginger hair fits her feature perfectly and was accompanied by her amber-colored eyes. Her pictures were taken from different angle like it was captured secretively.

You glanced at the raven-haired male's back and you have this urge of asking him who she is. But after seeing his deadly glare, you thought about it again and again. You don't want to get killed by him now do you?

Silently walking towards the parking lot, you noticed that the sun begins to set, turning the blue skies into yellow-orange colours. He unlocked the door to his car and both of you entered. You steal another glance at his face and he doesn't look like he was still mad. It seemed like he calmed down a little. He started the engine and drives you home.

Erwin sat by his desk and was holding a paper and a pen. A couple sat in front of him and they had a few conversations. After a few minutes, they left and the blonde stared into the night sky. It was silent but then he broke it when he heard a faint knock outside his door. "What is it?"

"Sir Erwin, someone wishes to see you," the male outside spoke.

"Very well," He answered, granting the permission of the person outside.

As the door clicked open and closed, he turned towards the person in front of him. "Hanji."

The female didn't answer. Erwin smiled and stretched his arm forward, offering a seat to her.

She glanced to her front, pulling the chair back and sat. The two didn't say anything at first but as Erwin was about to say something, Hanji cut him off, "Erwin."

He blinked.

"About Levi. I'm quite concerned about the situation he's in right now," She continued. "I don't think he's ready to face (Y/n) yet."

The blond closed his eyes. "I know. But that's what Mike said. They're-"

"But do you think Levi will accept her? You know very well that he doesn-"

"I know," He sighed. "Whatever it is they're doing right now, let them be. Don't try to stand in his way..."

Hanji nodded once and stood. "Alright. But I'm worried about her. (Y/n) needs to learn more about him..."

"That's why you shouldn't stand in their way. Or else Levi might kill you." He squinted his eyes as a sign of warning.

The female stared at him for a moment before continuing. "Are you hiding something away from me?" She asked. "From them?"

Eerie silence filled the room. The two stared at each other until Erwin spoke, "No."

Hanji fixed her spectacle over her eyes and crossed her arms. "If you say so." She turned and decided to leave. "And Erwin..." she halted, "I trust you."

The blond stared at her when she continued to walk towards the door and left the room, hearing her footsteps descending. When he knew that the female was no longer near, he sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose. Standing up, he leans towards the window frame. "Human fragrance, huh?" Looking down onto the silent street, he muttered to himself, "Levi, what are you thinking about right now?"
