Two weeks later (Amity is ungrounded)
Amity's POV:
"Alright Amity you're ungrounded, but no more hanging out with the human alright?" My mom says
I look up at her, "Yeah... okay." I say quietly. She then walks over to me and sits next to me on my bed.
"We just want what's best for you Amity." She states with he hand on my shoulder.
My gaze is focused on the ground bot even wanting to look at her. "How could this be best for me? You barely know who I am because I'm forced to be someone else around you..." I think to myself annoyed.
When i don't respond she just walks out of the room leaving me there alone. Well, alone for a total of five seconds because next my brother and sister walk in.
Emira sits next to me while Edric leans against the wall. "So you going to see Luz today?" Emira asks nosily. You really can't get anything by her.
"I dunno mom and dad will probably be on my case about everything and anything this week."
"Eh we can cover for you again." Emira states.
"Are you kidding? Absolutely not, last time we did I almost got grounded. I'm not doing that again." Edric interjects.
Emira rolls her eyes at her twin, "Fine I'll cover for her." She retortes. "You should go see Luz, it's been two weeks, besides I need at least one of my siblings to be in a good relationship and we both know Edric isn't capable of that." She jokes making me laugh a bit.
"Alright fine." I say smiling. Edric and Emria then leave my room.
I pull out my scroll tab and text Luz.
