A/n: hi guys, so I'm finally done writing the special chapter and I'm hoping that anyone would be interested in reading it. Jennie immediately received a text from Rosé after an hour and she dressed up before going to the meeting place.

When Jennie arrived at the meeting place, she heaved a sad sigh when she realized it was when Lisa first had her job. She entered the restaurant and immediately saw Rosé together with Jisoo, Irene, and Joy sitting at the booth.

"Oh god, you don't know how freaked out I was when I first opened my eyes today." Jennie started and sat beside Rosé.

"Same. But I'm glad it's all over now." Joy said.

"It was indeed a relief." Irene agreed.

Jennie noticed how Jisoo looked uneasy as soon as she arrived at their table and the latter cleared her throat.

"Um, Jennie? Can I talk to you for a second?" Jisoo timidly asked.

"Sure..." Jennie hesitantly answered and they both excused themselves and walked outside to talk privately. "What are we going to talk about?" She bluntly said as she crossed her arms.

"I want to formally apologize for everything that happened before-for putting your life in danger and Lisa's. I hope you could forgive me." Jisoo hopefully said.

Jennie took a long sigh and she glanced at Rosé through the glass wall before looking back at Jisoo with an expectant look.

"Alright." Jennie said. "But this doesn't mean we're already friends."

"Forgiveness is already enough and maybe we could work with that soon. I'm just truly sorry." Jisoo sighed and she noticed something. "Um, why didn't you bring Lisa along? I was expecting her, I was planning to apologize to her as well."

"I don't know where she is." Jennie sighed. "She's just gone just like the last time she did."

"Without saying anything?" Jisoo asked and Jennie nodded. "Hmm, I just remembered reading about the temple where the painting of a deity and a gumiho was displayed. Maybe you would want to visit and say your prayers. Maybe she would hear you."

"And when did you become interested about a gumiho?"

"Well, I researched about her before when I was after her as well." Jisoo replied and Jennie glared at her. "Easy, that's in the past already."

"Did you really have feelings for her?" Jennie embarrassingly asked and Jisoo chuckled.

"Of course I didn't. I just had to lure her but really, she was a good friend though she was kind of naive."

"Good." Jennie mumbled.

"And by the time I knew you two weren't cousins, I somehow noticed how protective you were of her. I always thought vampires only think for themselves and never really cared about anyone but when I saw you in the abandoned warehouse, it was something. And she's the same as you, it's actually good to see two different creatures teaming up together."

"We weren't teaming up if it wasn't for our lives. You wanted us gone so what were we supposed to do?" Jennie sarcastically said.

"Point taken." Jisoo replied. "But what I'm trying to say is you two were amazing together. I've never imagined two different natures would set aside their differences to save each other."

Jennie took a deep breath as her eyes landed on Rosé again who was busy exchanging laughs with the two.

"Do you love her?" Jennie asked, not removing her stare at Rosé.

"Rosé?" Jisoo asked for confirmation as she followed where Jennie's eyes were and she was right, she was looking at Rosé. "Absolutely. Even though it still feels awkward knowing something happened between the two of you." She timidly said.

"About that, I'm sorry." Jennie mumbled as she dropped her gaze on the ground. "I was a wreck back then and I just missed her."

"You two knew each other?" Jisoo confusedly asked.

"Before she became a vampire, yes. We were best friends and then she tried to help me find a cure for my illness until she accidentally made me like this and the others who took the medicine. We started developing feelings towards each other. But then...I saw Lisa killed her and I've been mourning for her ever since." Jennie shared.

"Ahh, now it all makes sense why you were always with Lisa. You captured her." Jisoo thought out loud.

"I did intend to kill her but I was planning to make her life miserable first until my plans changed. She earned my trust and I thought maybe I should set aside everything that I thought about her. And then I saw Rosé at the bar, making me all confused about what I really felt until that mistake happened. I'm really sorry."

"Hey, it's alright. Admitting a mistake is already enough for me to accept your apology." Jisoo sadly smiled. "But...how are you though?"

"Empty, I guess."

"Of course, who wouldn't feel empty after someone kissed you and then just disappears right after." Jisoo blurted and Jennie's eyes widened.

"You saw that?" Jennie surprisingly asked.

"We...all did."

"Ugh, that was embarrassing." Jennie shook her head in shame and she heard a giggle from Jisoo.

"Love shouldn't be shameful." Jisoo winked. "Hey, I know you don't consider me as your friend yet but if you want to talk about Lisa, I'm just here. I'm the only one who knew her more than they do." She said and Jennie looked at her before heaving a sigh.

"Thank you." Jennie said in relief.

"Shall we head back?" Jisoo asked as she pointed at the door with her thumb and Jennie nodded.

"Um, Jisoo?" Jennie called and Jisoo turned her head to her. "Please take care of her and love her more than I did before." Jisoo softly smiled and nodded at her.

"Of course. Thank you." Jisoo replied and walked back inside the restaurant.
