Chapter 25 Part 2

When they went out of the ship, the old boatman coughed loudly and shifted Bei Er Duo's attention to him.

"It's been hard work for you. Thank you." Bei Er Duo smiled when she said it.

"It's okay, it's my work." The old boatman said it then examined her appearance. She was still wearing that giant jacket. He couldn't help but to suspect, "Young lady, how could you wear that big of clothes, even the sleeves could touch the ground."

"It's because I wear his clothes." Bei Er Duo pointed at Ye Shu Wei, who was in front of her. She explained it shyly.

The face of the old boatman turned profound, he looked with condemnation toward Ye Shu Wei. This man's heart was not pure. The old boatman said: "Next time come again during the day time, it isn't safe to come around night."

Bei Er Duo said: "It's okay. Anyway, I will not come alone, there would be him."

"Even you are a couple, but before it is stable you also need to be careful." The old boatman reminded her.

He's been in this profession for twenty years, every time a couple came here. When they leave, the girl would always have untidy makeup and clothes. He knew clearly what was happening. But he never said anything. But this time, this young girl seemed to be very kind and cute, he couldn't help but remind her.

Bei Er Duo was slow in understanding the old man's meaning, she explained shyly: "No need, he is a gentleman."

Ye Shu Wei heard about Bei Er Duo's comment about him, he thought about it then turned his body. He extended his hand and held her hand to go to the shore.

"You hear it?" Bei Er Duo asked him, "I meant that old man's words."

"Em."

"You are not angry, right?" She smiled and looked at his expression, "He regarded you as someone with hidden intent."

"I wouldn't." He looked calm, "It's okay as long as you see me as the true gentleman."

This night Bei Er Duo could not sleep.

Most of the time, she has insomnia because of two reasons. First because of feeling too depressed or too happy. Today she was too happy that she couldn't sleep.

Although these all were fake, however, he is real.

Being able to get close to someone she likes, she could rely on this "justifiable" reason to "honorably" get closer to her, it is a happiness for her.

Although she had no dating experience, but toward him from time to time there is feeling of excitement. Being able to get physical touch with him sometimes confused her. Being together with him side by side to wander is really smooth and real feeling. This should an authentic feeling during dating.

On the boat before what she said is real. She never felt any intense and difficult feelings toward the opposite sex. He is the first man that lets her feeling reluctant to separate.

Thinking about this made her shy, she flipped over her body, and took the sweater that she placed on the pillow before.

A moment ago after they got to the shore, he said that the temperature was too low, he was afraid that she would got a cold so he stubbornly insisted her to continue to wear his clothes. Until they arrived in the car, she kept on wearing that. Lastly, unexpectedly she wore it until she was home.

She stuck her face close to the collar of the jacket. She took a deep breath, indeed it was full of the scent that belonged to him.

She feels that she is liking him more and more..... especially when he talked about his parent's marriage. It expresses his own perspective about marriage. Her appreciation and admiration toward him are doubled.
