Both Akari and Izuku were nearly positive they had failed. They had to wait two weeks to get the results. When Akari had gotten her holographic letter in the mail she was devastated yet had expected it. She had failed all parts of the practical and so couldn't be accepted for the Hero Course. However she was accepted as one of the top students for the General Studies, and this made her a little happier.
When she heard that Izuku had gotten into the Hero Course she was very happy for him and yet very jealous. Akari, however, was NOT surprised when she had heard from Izuku that Katsuki had been accepted. It was almost expected that the explosive Pomeranian would get accepted. School started in another month so they had time to get their paperwork filled out and turned in properly. For Izuku it was the paperwork for his hero outfit and school outfits, for Akari it was for her school outfits.

As the days counted down Akari continued training with Katsuki. They trained together until the day before school started for them. By the time it was the day of school Akari had multiple burns on her from training with Katsuki. He seemed to be angry or something lately since his blasts were becoming worse and worse on her.
The one day she tried to ask him about it he yelled at her calling her a "fucking mutant" like he used to. This had struck a nerve with her so that day she made him see something....worse...worse then she should have. She made him watch himself slam a knife into his eye effectively making the real him cringe in disgust as he watched the fake him laugh manically as blood dripped all over his face and clothes.
Katsuki watched as the fake him pulled the knife out making the blood spurt on the floor in front of him before the fake him began ramming the knife into his own gut over and over again just staring at the real Katsuki all while laughing like he thought it was the funniest thing in the world. And just like that the fake him and the blood, he was sure was real had disappeared and a few seconds afterwards he heard a loud thud making him turn around quickly to find the navy haired girl rubbing her now sore eyes on her knees on the floor.
"What the hell did you just make me see you bitch?!" Katsuki screamed at her feeling a little sick after what he'd seen just moments before. "Something to shut your cocky ass up you jerk..." Akari's voice was laced with venom but also extreme exhaustion. After that day he promised to never call her a 'Fucking mutant' ever again so long as she promised never to make him see that ever again.

'FINALLY!!!' Akari thought as she left her uncles apartment. She was lucky that the bruises on her sides and face could be explained away as training injuries from Katsuki if anyone asked, and as far as Katsuki knew they were from him.
Akari waited for Izuku at the exit of the apartment complex soon seeing the green mop bouncing down some near by stairs and to her side. "Hey Akari-Chan!" the boy smiled widely before his face fell flat as he looked at her. He hadn't seen her in a few days since he had been doing his own training. "Are you ok Akari-chan? Those bruises don't look that good....how did you even get them? did your uncle do that?" he knew her uncle had hit her before and knew some thing he had done to her but didn't know about everything. "Oh oh oh! no I got these from training with Bakugo!" Akari was quick to cover it up waving her hand some.
"You've been training with Kacchan...?" Izukus voice came out very questioning. He hadn't known about the two of them training together, he knew that Katsuki's attitude towards the girl had changed but he hadn't known why. "Are you two dating?" Izuku asked almost instantly regretting it as the girls face went red and her voice went very high in defense. "W-WHAT?! Why would you even ask that Izuku! I would never date that that that...that jerk!" Akari puffed out her cheeks a little as she looked away from the green haired boy "Geez Izu...we only train together because you basically ditched me for training before the entrance exams...we just happened to be going to the same gym and decided to try training together....haven't you noticed my quirk control has gotten better...?"
The green haired boy thought for a moment before nodding softly in understanding. "So Kacchan lets you use your quirk on him and in return he does the same with you?"
The bruises and few burns on her did follow this line of thinking. "Well yes and no. usually he doesn't use his quirk on me cause I don't exactly defend against it. Sometimes when we're training he activates his quirk by mistake or his sweat gets on me and burns me. Other then that we usually do hand to hand training. But yes he lets me use my quirk on him. He's so unaffected by everything! Well everything except one thing I've noticed." Akari said gently rubbing some bruises that WERE from Katsuki.
This got Izukus attention so he decided to ask "Well what has affected him so far...?" The navy haired girl looked at him and giggled softly before looking ahead as the school came into view making her pick up her pace some "Simple Izu. Seeing himself die." That made Izuku shutter a little at the thought.

Akari and Izuku had split off each going their own way when they got to the school. Akari wondered the school fairly lost as she went. "This place is so huge! How am I suppose to find the General Studies building!" she groaned a little talking to herself as she wondered the halls. She hadn't ran into anyone so she couldn't even ask for help, and if she kept wondering she'd be late for class and that annoyed her.
Akari took a turn and saw a dark skinned dark haired girl talking to some sort of....dog shaped creature that seemed to be...apart of her? She made her way towards the girl and dog creature hearing the girl say something to the light entity. "Light are you sure it's that way?" at the question the dog shaped creature nodded quickly and yipped. "U-Um excuse me...?" Akari's voice came out soft as she approached the girl "I'm sorry I'm new and kinda lost. Do you know where the General Studies class room is?
The dark skin girl turned and looked at the navy haired girl and instantly smiled before nodding quickly. "Oh yes yes! I actually just came from there! I'm kinda lost too! I'm looking for the Hero Course room class 1-B I believe! Do you know where that is?" Akari nodded as she has seen it on her way to this hall. "Ya! If you just go back that way" she pointed down the hall she just came from, "it's around the corner and two doors down!" The dark skin girl sighed slightly in annoyance and nodded before smiling again and responded "Thank you sooooo much! Light here kept getting me lost! He's terrible at reading maps! I honestly don't know why I let him still take them!" she giggled and gently stuck her hand out with a small giggle.
"I'm Evian! And this" she gestured to the light dog creature "Is Light Follower. He's my quirk! He's a creature made out of light!" Akari nodded softly listening to the darker girl before responding "Wow! That's an amazing quirk! I bet its powerful!" At this Evian nodded softly and turned to go the was Akari had said the classroom was. "Thank you so much for directing me! General Studies is just up ahead! There's a large letter C on the door! You wont miss it I swear" Evian smiled once again and began walking the opposite direction after she told the navy haired girl where the class was. "Thank you Evian!" Akari called after her before speeding down the hall making it to the door just as the bell rang. "Well at least I made it before it was to late..." Akari muttered to herself before she walked into the room fully and sat in a desk at the back of the room.Today, in her opinion, was going to be a very long, very boring day. And she wasn't ready for it.
