Chapter 4

I looked her full of fear in my eyes. "I'll tell you later..." she said. "Tell me what?" "W-what you really are..." she whispered enough for me to hear.

Dinah's POV

Silence filled the whole car ride so I decided to turn on the radio. I looked at Camila and saw that she's frozen. She haven't moved since she entered the car. When I turn on the radio Nobody Compares to You by One Direction comes up. Ha! I know Mila loves One Direction so much maybe this will make Camila shriek and fangirl all around but still, she didn't even react.

She's probably thinking about what just happened. Like hello! why won't she think about that? She was all new to this. Gosh! I forgot Camila is turning 18 soon and uhm maybe that is the time where she'll be a full grown Vampire. Ugh! I don't know and I can't even remember a thing about the past that much. But still she has the right to know who she really is but I can't give all the information she'll need.

Instead of going home, I changed my course. I decided to drive to the mountains which is near the beach. When Camila noticed that I was driving at a different road, finally she moved and look from left to right with her arms crossed. "Dinah...W-where are we going?" she asked. "You'll see..." she gave me a light nod then looked out of the window.

When she saw that we were driving to the mountain she was amazed by all the incredible view of the beach and how the clouds touch the mountain. I parked our car somewhere inside the open area of the woods to keep it secured but before I enter the forest's ground I make sured that no one saw us. I went out of the car and so did Camila. She walked a bit more farther then she stopped when she reached the comfortable place she can stand.

"What am I exactly?" she asked in a low voice. Ofcourse I heard it so I went closer to Camila cause its very awkward to talk to someone whose far from you. "Mila...I know this sounds crazy but y-you're a vampire.." I said straight forward. "You told me Vampire's aren't real? you told me that they are just somekind of freaking fictional characters from books and movies" she said then furrowed her eyebrow in confusion. "Yes I did said that but Mila right now I'm telling you everything you've read in those books are 60% real and 40% of those are wayyyy too impossible" I said then waved my hand in front of her.

"and you....you're a werewolf? Really? Uggggghhh! I must be dreaming I must be dreaming! all of these things are not real! Somebody please pinch me this instant!" she started freaking out and she won't believe a thing I said. She run her fingers through her hair then bite her lip over and over again confused about all of the sudden things that just happen. I held her arms tightly then looked at her deeply in her thoughts. "Yes I'm a werewolf. and how many times do I have to tell you that you're not dreaming!"

"Nooooooo!" Camila shouted then pushed me away. She ran away but I followed her to make sure she won't get hurt. When I noticed that she was running really fast I shifted into my werewolf form and ran as fast as I could to catch up. Camila is really fast! Ugh! I can't keep up that much. she ran up the mounting having no regret to stop. we ran up and up and up till we reached the top of the mountain.

Camila's POV

As I ran up the moutain tears roll down on my face. Why is this all happening? I always had these crazy dreams or should I say nightmares that scares me every night. I feel like everything that I dreamt has a connection in my past or maybe in my future, but who knows what? I've been living with Dinah for 3 months and I don't have a single clue why am I stuck with her?

When I reached the top of the mountain, clouds passed by me then I saw a small ray of sunlight. I walked my way closer to it wondering what would happen if I'll be expose. I slowy ran my arms to it till I was cut off by Dinah.

"Nothing will happen Mila. You've always been exposed to sunlight."

"I'm just curious.." I said.

"Don't be!"

"Why?" I asked.

"It's dangerous...--" Dinah said. She was about to continue but she was cut off when we heard a sudden 'crack'. A sound of a stick that was breaked or stepped by someone or something caught our attention. Dinah went closer to me, covering me up with my face at her back. "Dinah I--"

"Shhh..." She looked back at me and gave me the 'keep it down look' so I did. Silence roam across the area along with the sound of the little insects. "Who's there? Show yourself!" Dinah yelled but there was no reply. I can feel that Dinah is using all her senses to track if there is really someone out there but it wasn't strong enough.

The wind whistled to my ears then the leaves on the ground flew because of the wind. It was a dead silent till we heard another 'crack'

"That's it!" Dinah started walking away but I pulled her back because of her sudden action. "What?!" Dinah asked annoyingly. "Hey! you can't just leave me here." I said in a low voice "I'm not going to leave you, I'm just going to teach someone a lesson" then another 'crack' came up.

"I swear! if it is somekind of chipmunk, racoon, or squirrel. I'm totally gonna kick its tail so bad!" she shouted then walks away from me so fast. "Dinah! hey wait..." I called but she just ignored it. So I just followed her. I ran a few meters and looked from left to right. There was no sign of Dinah anywhere. Oh God. Now I'm scared. Ugh! this is insane. Where's Dinah! I stopped for a while somewhere here in the woods. I bowed and held my knees cause my legs are shaking so bad.

I ran farther away with my legs still shaking. I ran and ran and ran till I tripped. I rolled down continuesly, I rolled many sharp rocks and tree branches. I stopped rlling when I reached the flat ground. I stood up and looked at my arms and saw that I don't have a single wound nor bruises. When I finished checking up myself....

"Dinahhhh!" I yelled as loud as I can but there a no response. "Dinah!" I yelled again. I walked my way to east to look for Dinah. AAAWWWKKK!! I jumped when I suddenly heard a raven croaked in the sky. I looked up and watch the raven flew around never leaving this area. I took a step forward and another croak came up. More ravens appeared in the sky. I ran deeper and looked back and saw those ravens are chasing me. "Leave me alone!" I shouted, scared of those flocks of birds chasing me. While I was running I saw a cave-like-boulder so I went inside it to hide. I sat with my chest in front of my knees and covered my head with my hands.

Croaking Ravens passed by me and flew away. I peeked outside to see if the coast is clear. I slowly went outside and stood up in the slowest motion as possible. I haven't move an inch from my position, paranoid about all of these sudden scenes.

CAMILAAAA!! I heard Dinah shouted not literally but through her mind, guess she's in her werewolf form so I turned around and I saw a man wearing all black, tying chains around Dinah's neck! She growled then suddenly choked by the tight grip of that guy on his chains. This guy is killing Dinah. I must do something!

Dinah ran a few meters closer to me with that guys still at her back. Dinah lost her balance and fell on the ground. The man stood up continuesly punching and kicking Dinah. I ran to that man and pushed him as hard as I can then the flew a little distance and hits a tree. The man groaned and is trying to stand up.

I ignored him and removed all the chains that was locking Dinah's body. "hold still..." I said and removed the last chain. She stood up and shaked her body. The man caught our eyes. He was holding a silver metal. It's not a sword nor a knife but it is a very sharp silver stick which I don't know what it is called.

Dinah attacked him and snatch the weapon out of his hand. Dinah bit the man all over and scratch him with her claw. "Enough enough!" the man spoke. "--I give up" he continued but Dinah won't stop. "Aaahhhh!" the man cried. I saw Dinah was really out of control. She's so mad! The man punched her jaw then Dinah let out a loud whimper he escaped from Dinah's attack and started running away. While he was running Dinah followed him and so did I. The guy stopped when he reached the cliff. He turned around and was suddenly pushed by Dinah then he fell off the cliff. Dinah almost fell to because she slipped but luckily I caught her.

I'm not really sure what happened to that man but he'll drown for sure! Dinah sat up and started howling. After a few minutes rest. We finally made our way to our car. She returned to her human form and walked with me. When we got there we saw a little sticky note posted to our Car's window. and it says 'Run anywhere you want. We will never stop looking for you'
