Edgar's P.O.V

"It's your mother"

"My w-what?!" I asked hysterically, unsure wether what I had just heard was actually what my father said. He sighed and put the call on speaker, then I heard a voice I never thought I would here again.

"Edgar, it's me your moth-"

"YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL YOURSELF MY MOTHER, BECAUSE I AM NOT YOUR SON..." I paused for a second and let out a shaky breath I didn't know I was holding "My mother died the day you left and took sis with you. Now I don't know what the fuck you want but don't ever fucking call this number again"

I took the phone from my dad and was about to hang up when she said "I'm calling because your girlfriend, Delilah, is in danger" now that got my attention.

"How the hell do you know I have a girlfriend? and what the fuck do you mean she's in danger? What did you do?!"

"She's been kidnapped"

"W-what?! What the hell are you talking about?!"

"She's been kidnapped. And I know where she is"

I was starting to panic, so I took a deep breath and let it out. "OK, tell me what the hell is going on"

"Do you remember your childhood friend?"

"Wait, do you mean, Lillian?"

"Yes Lillian. Remember how she had to move when you were 13? And how me and your dad had wanted you guys to get married?"

"Umm y-yeah?"

"Well, it turns out that she was actually in love with you, and she came back to US two weeks ago, and had been enrolled into your school-"

"Wait, w-what?! She's back?! And she's in my school?! How the hell do you know all this?!"

"Son let me-"

"Don't call me son, I am not your son" I said in a cold tone, and I heard her sigh.

"Edgar, Lillian is back, and wants to get together with you. When she found out you had a girlfriend, she got mad, and kidnapped her. I know where she is but your going to have to listen to me before she gets hurt"

My dad and I looked at each other, and he shook his head yes. So I looked back down to the phone and calmly replied. "What's the plan?"

From what my "mother" told me, Delilah has been kidnapped by Lillian, and she's been taken to a small house just our of town. I didn't want to believe what she said at first, but then, Dad told me to trust her, just this once.

So I listened to what she had to say, and the rescue plan she had come up with. She told me that, she found out that they were keeping Delilah, in an abandoned warehouse near the outskirts of town.

I asked her how she got this information and all she said was that she got them from a very reliable source. I could tell she wouldn't tell me, so I dropped the issue.

Her plan was simple, but it wasn't easy, and I needed a few friends to help me out; so I called James, Joshua and Andrew. James has been my friend since I was 3 years old. I fell off the playground one day, and James immediately helped me, and ever since then, we've been best friends.

Though James doesn't go to pre-coast high, his house is a 45 minute drive away.

I called them and told them everything, and they immediately agreed to help me. James, Joshua, Andrew, Lillian and I grew up together, so they knew how obsessive Lillian could be.
