An Amazing Discovery

Steven was in the nurses office and he got done getting his injured side and cheek examined.

"Well, your in luck, Steven. The punch to your cheek didn't damage a tooth and the kick to your side only hit your stomach. Good thing the kick was underneath your ribs." The school nurse said, writing some things down on a clipboard.

"But, what do I do about the bruise? It still hurts." asked Steven, holding his cheek and it has a giant bruise on it.

"I'll just give you a patch to cover it." The nurse smiled at him then went to get the patch. She was over at the large medicine cabinet, but after a minute or so of looking, her smile went away.

"Oh dear. I don't have any more patches." She looked at Steven.

"Sorry, Steven." Steven smiled a little at the nurse, standing up from the chair he was at while grabbing his backpack.

"It's alright. I can just walk this off and like you said, no damage." He then put on his backpack with one strap and walked towards the door.

"Thanks for the check up, ma'am." Steven gave a wave to the nurse before leaving the office.

He then sees Connie waiting for him outside of the Principals office since the office was near the nurses. She noticed him and stood up.

"So, how are you feeling?" she asked. Steven smiled at her.

"I'm fine, Connie. Nothing to worry about I promise. Nothing was damaged so I can just walk it off. Besides, we gotta go in the Principals office before we-."

Suddenly, the office door was opened by a secretary lady. She gestured both Steven and Connie to come inside the office and they did. And they went inside the Principals office.

They walked into the room to see Spinel and Amy sitting in two of the four chairs in front of the Principals desk and in the front of the Principal herself.

She looked elegant yet she looked like she was in her mid 50s or 60s. She had light gray and even white dyed hair that was pulled back into beautiful curls that was her short hair and her curled and brushed to the side bangs. She had a pure white yet gray office attire including a jacket with a silver and shiny looking tie, a pearl necklace around her neck, an office white skirt that ended below her knees, and white heels. Her face had mascara, her eyeshadow being a shiny silver and gray, she had shiny gray lipstick on, her cheekbones were showing off her beauty yet she still looked pretty old, faint wrinkles were on her face, and her nails were long, black, shiny, and almost sharp.

On the desk had a few things on it. A cup with pencils in it, some papers stacked up, and what was noticeable, was the name tag on the desk that was silver and standing up saying, 'Principal Whitney'.

"Ms. Maheshrewaren, Mr. Universe. Please do have a seat." Principal Whitney said, smiling kindly at the two who were still standing near the door.

Steven and Connie perked up and took their seats, Amy next to Connie, Connie next to Steven, and Steven next to Spinel.

"Now, with everyone here, we can talk about what happened exactly between your four." Principal Whitney said, her hands intertwined on the desk with her smile small.

"There's nothing to talk about! It was all Star kids fault for screwing with me so give him fucking detention!" Spinel suddenly exclaimed, sitting up from her seat after crossing her arms while slumping.

Steven looked surprised at her and also sat up, trying to defend himself.

"That was not what happened! Your the one that actually attacked me! And all I tried to do was to ask to see if-." Spinel out of the blue growled and had her face almost against his in anger with a scowl.
