A/n: This is set the day after Andy goes to Robert's house to say that she doesn't want to fight anymore, and ends up staying the night.

"I don't like anticipating my face in a red flush"

Andy's pov
I walked into the beanery with a huge smile on my face. I was honestly the happiest I've been in a long time. I was so glad that Robert and I weren't fighting anymore. Like I told him last night, he is the safest place I have.
"Hey guys," I said, as I grabbed a box of lucky charms and sat down at the table. Rather than answering me, they all just stared at me smirking. "What?" I asked defensively. They were kind of freaking me out and I was confused. "Do I have something on my face?"
They all laughed at me, before Jack said, "Where were you last night? You didn't come home." Damn it. I glanced around nervously as I tried to come up with a lie.
"Uh, I stayed at the station, it was getting late and I decided there was no point in coming home," I said, hoping they would believe me. But judging by the looks on their faces, they knew I was lying.
"Uh huh," Vic said.
"Totally," added Travis.
"Herrera was at a mans house," Maya smirked.
"I was not!" I replied, probably a little too quickly. There was no way I was telling them that I was at a mans house, especially not which man. They didn't need to know that I was at Robert's house. Plus, he's the battalion chief, so our relationship is definitely against the rules.
"Oh you so were!" Vic shouted excitedly. I rolled my eyes, and shook my head.
"So who was it?" Maya asked.
"Nobody! I was at the station!" I lied. They all glanced at each other, and then at me, and carried on laughing.
"Herrera you're blushing," Dean laughed. I groaned, putting my head into my hands in an attempt to hide my face.
"Come on, don't be boring, just tell us," Vic pleaded. I shook my head in my hands.
"Come on Andy pleaseeee," Travis said. Soon they were all going on at me, begging me to tell them, but there was no way I was giving into them. A few seconds later I heard a familiar voice talking over everyone else's.
"What's going on in here?" Robert asked, a hint of amusement in his voice. I glanced up from my hands, and glared at everyone.
"Nothing," I said grumpily. He laughed and looked at everyone else for an answer. I was hoping they wouldn't tell him. I mean he is the battalion chief, and they don't know that we are together, so surely they wouldn't want to talk to him about what they thought I was doing last night. But I was wrong.
"Herrera spent the night at someone's house last night, but she's denying it and won't tell us anything," Jack explained.
"No I didn't," I groaned, this could be awkward. As Robert started to laugh, I glared at him, before begging him with my eyes to help me out.
"Why don't you do your chores then you can continue torturing Andy- uh I mean Herrera," he said still laughing. I noticed the others glance at each other curiously when he slipped up and called me Andy, but luckily they didn't say anything. As they got up and left the room, I looked at Robert gratefully.
"Thank you," I said, and he smirked at me and nodded. He put a hand on my shoulder and was about to go back up to his office when he paused.
"You coming over tonight?" he whispered.
