Chapter 3

Zeus POV
I was at the office, signing some documents when my secretary came in. "Sir,  Logan is  here to see you." She said.

The mention of his name already gave out what he is here for. "Let him in and clear the rest of the day for me." I said.

A little while later Logan came into my office, I stood up and huged. "Zee what's up?" He asked.

"Good, but I think I should be asking you the same question." I said because the only reason why Logan comes here without calling is something about my next mission or news about something.

"There's a problem, you remember Mr. Rains daughter that you saved. Its about her." He said. How can I forget the most beautiful lady, I have ever seen in my life. I still remember that day, I saw her getting beat up by three men, huge men. I still get angry just thinking about it. But what if it was all a set up.

I didn't know who she was until I laid her in the van.
I was so furious even if I have never meant her before I felt like its my job to protect her and bring her into custody at the same time...weird.When I carried her in my hands, I felt like I should never let her go but what if she was exactly like her father. I did the best I could for her, sending her to Los Angles, to at least get a better judgement in the hand of victor, because from what I saw those men were still going to look for her. Her father. The question was, is she really just a helpless girl who finally found some sort of freedom or was this all part of her father's big plan and she was in on it?

"What happened?" I asked. The thought of her been in danger makes me feel something has been ripped out of me but at the same time I also feel nothing. Like if I was there to protect her maybe she won't be in danger or something and if I was there I may kill her myself.

"As you know, Her father, is the guy we've been hunting for years now." He said. How could such a beautiful princess be the daughter of a murderer and a major bad guy, I thought when I laid her in the van. She is not like her father so far. But we can't be too sure. It may all be an act. She is an agent in LA, and the best female agent in the world, she achieved all these in one year and held it since then. She has been assigned a new mission and we are her teammates. I must warn you, she calls herself Agent Stone, some people say her heart has been replaced with a stone. She doesn't feel, no one has ever seen her cry not even when she was kidnapped and tortured in a black site by the Italian mafia." He said. "Its like she is not human."

I never imagined that she would turn out like this. I felt like if I left her in where she was maybe she would have been better. 'How would she have been better, she was getting beat up and she still fought but they were maybe even going to kill her, you did the right thing.' That voice in my head said. "I accept the mission." I said "I will do anything to bring that asshole to his knees." Of course, that's not the only reason I accepted this mission, Hell it's not even the most important one. I felt like it's my job to do what I should have done six years ago, fixed that broken Angel, Cora. And find out if she wasn't working for her father.

I found out her name that night. When I entered the van with her, Luca was distracted. I heard one of the guys call after her, he said. "Its, not over Cora, you know your father, he will do anything to get you back." Maybe her father is a rich protective jerk and maybe he just wants the best for her so he hid her from the world and she doesn't want what he wants for her or maybe she was kidnapped, I just couldn't place it at that moment because I only concern if she was still alive or not. If she would make it because I felt her lose consciousness. I tried to dig any information about her but I didn't find anything. I search her up using a the worlds best computer in CFO. The only thing we knew was that she was that monster's daughter. Victor helped me check along side some of the best hackers on the world. We couldn't fine anything. This made her more and more suspicious. Hours later a video went viral. The death of her mother.
