Tails was just fighting Eggman, he ran into a random village, only to end up seeing with his own eyes Sonic the hedgehog! (Familiar Face) Tails just stared, he didn't know what to say, this hedgehog looked exactly like Sonic!

But that can't be right! Sonic died, how could this be possible, Chaos even said an imbalance would be formed if he did! (Prologue) But here they were, facing each other, but Tails needs proof that this really is Sonic, not just someone who looks like him.

Sonic: -worry- Why do you look like you had just seen a ghost? Are you alright?

Tails: -snaps out of trance- oh um, -kneels- please excuse my manner your highness, I was just bit surprised to be visited by you, that's all

Sonic: It's alright, and please, Sonic is fine, I don't like that royalty title

Tails: Thanks for your kindness! I knew it

Sonic smiled at him

Sonic: No need to kneel, you saved us from that human, what was his name again?

Tails: -gets up- Robotnik, though we all call him Eggman

Sonic: That's an unusual name

Tails: I made it up since he looked like an egg (Robotnik)

Sonic: Ok then, would you like to eat at the castle with me? As reward for saving us?

Tails: M-Me? Oh no no no I bet you have better things than to spend time with me. Besides, I don't need a reward! I save for saving, not for the reward

Sonic: You are a hero, and I insist that you come

Tails: -sigh- I can't really argue with a prince can I? I guess I can

Sonic: Follow me

The two walked until Sonic decided to ask a question

Sonic: So how old are you?

Tails:  Excuse my asking but, why would you ask that?

Sonic: Well, you seem a bit young for a hero, and I'm surprised you know how to fight

Tails: I honestly did nothing, all I did was take out the wires (Familiar Face)

Sonic: And that's why I ask

Tails: I'm 11 years old

Sonic: I'm surprised! Oh! Excuse my manners, my name is Sonic the Hedgehog

Tails: He may actually be Sonic! My name is Tails, formerly known as Miles Prower (His Wish {Aka Prologue})

Sonic: Why "Formerly"?
