Sonic was standing worryingly on his balcony, he looked down at the angry mob of aristocrats who were talking to the queen, his mother, and he heard, exactly everything, they said.

Herb took care of Tails' condition, his left side of his face was now all patched up, he was still unconscious, but he looked as if nothing was going on in the world! Herb smiled softly as she softly petted his head like a small child, well, he was one.
The fox started to stir a bit, and open his eyes (or eye XD) he got up slowly and went to rub his left eye. He touched it and he felt a wave of pain hit him. Herb then made a plant grow and gave it to Tails.
Herb: Here, eat this, it should numb the pain
Tails: Thanks -eats the plant- can you remind me what happened?
Herb: Well, you jumped in to save Sonic and was hit with the laser beam and your left half of your face was burned (Tails Vs. Black & Eggman Invasion, Exposed Secret)
Tails: ........ my entire left half?
Herb: Well, yeah
Tails: No wonder it stings so much
Herb: Oh! And also you lost an eye (:D)
Tails: WHAT?!
-With Sonic-
Sonic heard everything that the aristocrats said
Aristocrat 1: HE MUST BE PUNISHED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR!!!!
Aristocrat 2: And that horrible speed of his!
Aristocrat 3: He needs to act like a prince! If not, then he should be executed!
Queen: Ok ok, instead of waiting for his twentieth birthday, he shall be crowned king tomorrow early in the morning, in hope that he shall act like a true king
All the Aristocrats: YES!/ Great Olán! It should work!/ FINALLY!!!!
Sonic was ticked, not only where these aristocrats criticizing him for trying to do his role and protect the citizens, but they think that if he's crowned king as soon as possible, he will act as a "normal" prince!
The hedgehog was not having any of that! He never wanted to be king, he never wanted to be a prince, he never wanted this life, all he wanted was to be a normal mobian, but this dang role won't let him!
No, he won't just let them rule over him, he needs to live a life of his own! He wasn't going to let them win! He was going to run away
Miley: -knocks the door- Hey Sonic, Tails is awake now
Sonic: Really?
Miley: You want to visit him?
Sonic: Sure!
Sonic and Miley went to Tails' room and when Sonic saw the fox, he hugged him, careful to not hurt him
Sonic: I'm so glad you alright!
Tails: Thanks
The queen walked in and was shocked at what she witnessed. Her "son" hugging the mobian who put an influence on her "child"
Queen: Sonic, why are you hugging him?
Sonic: He was hurt badly and we had to take care of him (Exposed Secret)
Queen: As soon he's better, he is to leave the kingdom and not come back
Sonic: AND IF THAT HUMAN COMES BACK?!
Queen: First, you are not to yell at me, second, our guards can handle them
Sonic: Oh really? I didn't see them taking care of him today!
