(Y/N)'s POV"sigh What a nice day." I was standing right in front of my dorm, with my bicycle next to me. It was my first week on Korea and I just moved to Seoul for the first time a few days ago. I always thought that moving here was a mistake. But actually, it was not that bad.
I actually wanted to come here ever since I had graduated from high school. But the cost was too great. I spent 4 years of gathering the money for all the things I needed. Foods, rent, clothes, and some other stuffs
The air was clean enough, the dorm was nice, well seemed fit like my own clothes. And now, I wanted to look around Seoul with my newly bought bike! But when I reached the street there was a little-big problem. I was not that good with Hangul. In fact, I could BARELY speak in Korean!
Feeling useless on trying to read the bizarre sign, I could only use my trump card. Google. I quickly picked my phone from my sweatpants and the clock showed 05:45. Yeah, morning people routine.
As the map showed me the way, I rode my bicycle, carefully. Cause things would get ugly if I hit someone or something. As I rode down the street, I could feel the cold breeze hitting my face.
It wasn't my first time, so I wouldn't catch a cold that easy. The only reason I did this every morning was because of the silence and the fresh cold wind. That was all. I hated distractions, I hated it when it became too hot. I was too perfectionist, huh?
After what it felt like 30 minutes, I had finally reached the park. It was quite, and nobody was there. Just as I hoped. Only me.
Well, every morning, I would jog or run around a park. But I had to buy bicycle for me to go to studio. Or maybe going somewhere like supermarket, bookstore, etc.
I could just buy motorcycle... but it would take more than 4 years to do it. Long story short, I couldn't buy it.
And so, I started to cycle around the park. And it was the most refreshing thing I had ever done in my life. The morning air here... it was something I had never felt before. It was like a whole new experience for me.
"O eoseo!" I heard woman yell all of a sudden. I looked toward the central of the park. There was nothing but a figure with hoodie standing with a bike on his her side while being shrouded with the darkness of early morning.
I hopped off of my bicycle and walked toward the figure before her body stiffed, acknowledging my appearance. "H-Hi there... is there any- I mean, annyeong!" I just realized I was in Korea. Why would I use English when nobody could understand me? Silly me!
I didn't expect an answer from her. Instead, she stared at me with her shining eyes then giggled. "It's fine, I speak English too." Her sound, it was like... gosh, her aussie accent. It was so... smooth?
"I-is something wrong? I heard you yelled earlier."
She stood up and rubbed her hands against her hoodie, cleaning it. "Nah, I'm fine. But this bike isn't." she patted her bike. "The tire..."
"Hold on." I remembered the bike dealer gave me a free emergency bicycle pump as bonus. Which was part of the reason why I took the bike.
I pumped her flatted tire for 10 minutes straight before it went back to its normal state. And who knew this little pumper could take forever on pumping? "Your tire should be safe, for now." I pressed the tire once more, checking it. And it was hard as... (Enter random answer here)
"Oh my gosh, gamsa (thanks)! I didn't expect anyone to come here this hour." She bowed a little toward me, sending me her appreciation.
Wait, should she? I couldn't help but let chuckles out. "I could say the same." I put my pumper back.
