I wake up to the sound of messages beeping on my phone.

"Argh!" I groan.

I wanted to catch a couple of more hours of sleep. After filming two dramas consecutively over a period of 6 months, I'm back in Beijing looking forward to some rest before a moderately busy  December with work engagements and of course my Baobei's birthday. I've been trying to change my internal clock so that wake up later than 5am... I've been aiming for 9am. But it seems the outside world won't let me sleep longer.... the beeping changes into ringing.

"Nooo!" I bemoan.

Not bothering to open my eyes I reach blindly for my phone, only to realize that I need to at least take a peek in order to answer it. I reluctantly open one eye and I don't recognize the caller.

"Hmm who is this?" I click answer. "Hello." I croak.

"BAOBEI!" He shouts happily.

"Mmm Wang He Di I was sleeping!" I whine childishly.

"But I miss you so much Shen Yue!"

"I miss you all the time." I pout into the phone. "Why aren't you waking up next to me?"

"I'm filming my love but I will be seeing you tomorrow." He replies softly.

I love it when he talks to me in that tone. It makes me feel so warm and wanted. I've never felt more wanted than when I am with He Di.

"You better not be late!" I warn him. "I've been waiting for you for a long time!"

"I've been waiting for you my whole life!" He counters.

Smooth... I melt.

"I love you He Di."

"I love you too Yue."

Whose number is this?" I ask.

"Oh I forgot to charge my phone last night after our very long conversation, so I came to set with a dead battery. I just borrowed an assistant's phone."

"Don't forget to delete my number from the call log."

"Never! I can't possibly risk Jiao Long stalking my beautiful girl now can I?"

"Don't be silly..." I tsk mildly and giggle." Why would this Jiao Long stalk me?"

"Well I practically stalked you didn't I... except I did it in front of your face." He replies. "Anyway you are just so "stalkable" my sexy."

I can hear the pride in his voice and I can imagine the look on his adorable face. I feel myself glowing.

"How long do you have before they need you?" I ask.

"Ten minutes. I just wanted to say good morning my love."

"Good morning Baobei." I smile into the phone. "How is life on set?"

"I'm having so much fun Yue. It's not so stressful..."

"Yup no dangerous stunts this time thank god!" I interject.

I had my heart in my mouth when he did all the wire work for EN2 and then all the bomb detonating stuff for OASWU. You should have seen me pestering Hao Ge night and day to give me updates on how He Di was doing, because my Baobei likes to down play any pain he is feeling. I was scared out of my wits when I found out that he went deaf for a day. I cried like a baby and Dylan felt so guilty that he bought me flowers. I pampered him ridiculously when I next saw him.

"I know how much you worry about me Baobei." He says, in a cute giggly voice.

"Of course my love, I want you safe all the time!"
