Temari and shikamaru were just talking a nice walk when they heard a high pitch voice behind them
"Shikamaru, Temari!"
They turned around and saw Ino walking up to them once she reach them she gave them a confused look then a look that look like she realized something
"OMG you guys on a date!"
" no it not like that" they both said with a blush
"Are you guys sure" Ino said with a smirk on her face
"Yes Ino I wouldn't date such a lazyass" Temari said
" like I would date such a troublesome women" shikamaru said
"If you say so" Ino said with sarcastic tone "anyways I wanted to invite you guys to barbecue at 7 everyone is coming and yes you'll will go you have no choice see ya"
Then she left
" I'm not going" said temari
"Well you have to go unless you want Ino to hunt you down but why don't you want to go you girls can talk about stuff you girls talk about like shopping, make up, and boys and all kind of stuff like that." Shikamaru replied
"Like if I care about those stuff" she said
"Well it's doesn't matter you're going" he said
"Fine but first take me to my apartment to leave some stuff" she said
" Ok troublesome women"
Temari has bought herself an apartment due to her visits she got tired of not getting a hotel room
They got to her apartment and got in
Shikamaru notice how neatly everything was and how everything looks so comfy. Once temari finished what she had to do she got ready real quick it on took her like 7 minutes shikamaru got surprise on how fast she got ready he was so use to Ino taking 30 to just pick out her clothes but hey he wasn't complaining
They start to head out once the got there they sat next to each other
There was a lot of conversation happening at Once it was hard to understand on what was going on. on one side you can hear the boys fighting and on the other the girl gossiping while for Shikamaru couldn't get temari out of his mind he has a huge crush on her since the first day they met he just never have the confidence to tell her. He found him self staring at her this didn't unnoticed by the boys
"Shikamaru come over here we need to tell you something"
"What do you guys want?"
"So when are you going to ask her out?" Naruto whispered so temari could not hear them due to her sitting next to shikamaru
"What? What are you guys talking about?" Replied shikamaru
"Stop acting dumb we all see the way you look at temari" this time neji said
"You guys are out of your mind i don't have a crush on her"
"You guys are always together" said Shino
" thats because I'm her escort"
"yea yea thats just an excuse you think we don't know how escort works you don't have to be with her 24/7 " naruto said
"You guys we are just friends nothing more I wouldn't date such a troublesome women plus I don't think she would date someone like me"
"Well you know shikamaru if it weren't for hinata i would definitely go for temari just look at her she got the hots but most of all those curves tho the best ones i have ever seen" Said naruto
