Imagine a world with no pain. Built on foundations of trust and love instead of lies and deceit. That's why we're here now. An awaiting beach with no tides to welcome us. A life of many sandcastles by the endless shores. I don't know why we built our castles so close to the edge when we knew it was dangerous. We knew we'd pay for it eventually. And now.... That's all we have are memories.
Of regret.

Omniscient POV

"I said that I didn't care..."

"And I don't care that you don't care. But you gone sit there and tell me what I wanna know."

"I already told you it just kind of happened, I really can't explain it."

"How do you just accidentally slip your dick in some bitch Keith? Hmmm? How does one do that? Cause there definitely as to be some gray area you're not touching."

"I—"

"Don't even speak, I feel like killing you for real right now. I'm gonna give you one hour to get your shit and get out. Tell your daughter bye too."

"Fuck you mean tell her bye, like I'm not gone see her anymore if tha-"

"You heard what I said you should of thought about that before you was knuckles deep in some loose pussy."

It had been two weeks since the big scandalous blow up between Kirby's parents. This had been a nightly ongoing issue between them and I guess today was the real end of it all.

Was she upset? Of course she was, she was furious. How could no one even care to ask how she felt I mean... did her feelings even matter anymore. In hindsight talking to Kirby as a parental unit would have ultimately been the best thing for her. Instead she was left with questionable absence. Wondering why her father wouldn't even say he'd be right back to tuck her in.

In the coming days the situation really started to settle in for Kirby. Her dad never said goodbye. It didn't help that her mom grew a hostile shell when it came to being around her daughter. At breakfast Kirby was the only one at the table, at lunch there would be a not to fix her own food and by dinner her mom was gone.

"Get off my porch before I call the cops!"

"Bi- your what, that's my fucking name on the deed to the house."

"Ok and what the does that have to do with anything?"
