The day went by quite quick and in all of it I made a friend.

I know how child like that sounds,but...yeah?

I don't know what to say exactly.

The last few periods went by quick and I was able to charge my fucking phone.

We were currently in Liliana's car.

Liliana: "Hey Spotify,play some Brent Faiyaz"

You: "AYYYY! DROP THE ROOF AND LET THE SMOKE CLEAR!"

Liliana: "SMOKE CLEAR! Lemme hear that."

You: "Drop the roof and let the smoke clear"

Both: "I got diamonds doin' toosie slides in both ears. Dice rollin' on the Las Vegas strip tonight.

Slip that on and we might miss the fight."

10 minutes later Liliana pulled up to your house.

You: "Gosh,thank you so much. It's been a great day."

Liliana: "Girl anytime,and make sure you text me alright. I wanna get to know you more."

You: "Yesss! Foshaaaa! Alright,I gotta go now."
Liliana: "Alright bye Alana."

You: "Bye Lilli." You smile and wave.

She waves back and then drives off.

You turn to walk to the door and then remember about your moms new man.

Fucking great.

You roll your eyes,plaster a fake happy smile and then open the door.

Mom: "Oh hi baby. How was school?"

You: "It was great,I made a friend."

Your mom stopped and turned around.

Mom: "You fr?"

You nod.

Mom: "There ain't no damn way. Where's my baby Alana and what have you done with her?"
You chuckle.

You: "Mommmm! I'm not a kid anymore and plus,she's really nice. Her name is Liliana by the way."

Your mom stops again.

You: "What now? You going to have a go at me for her name." You playfully roll your eyes and chuckle.

Mom: "Uh,no. That's-quite nice honey."
