"Alright, that's it for class today," I snapped my head up just in time to hear the bell ringing throughout the school. "Remember, you only have one week left until Final Exams begin. I'm sure your all studying, right?"
I nervously started picking at my nails. 'Shit, I haven't studied at all...'
"Don't forget to keep training,"
'Oh, I've got that down. I've been training with Keigo every day for weeks!'
"The written part of the exam is only one part of it. There's also the practical portion of the event. Good luck," And, with that, Mr. Aizawa stepped out of the classroom and closed the door.
"I'VE BARELY EVEN TAKEN NOTES THIS SEMESTER!!" Mina and Denki cried. Those two came in dead last in the midterms.
"It's true, we haven't had very much free time lately," Tokoyami commented. He came in 15th place.
"The midterms didn't teach us much, so I'm kind of worried about these..." Sato told Kota. They both came in 13th and 12th place.
"As someone who ranked in the top ten, I'm not that concerned," Mineta said. Surprisingly, he came in 10th place.
"Ashido! Kaminari! We've still got time to study!" Izu-cun said encouragingly. He came in 5th place. "Then we all get to go to the training camp together!"
"Yes! As class rep, I have high hopes that we'll make UA proud!" Tenya said with his hand raised. He came in 3rd, right behind me.
"It's pretty hard to fail if you pay attention in class, isn't it?" Shoto said, earning a glare from me. Oh, he got 6th place.
"Hey, you two, don't worry. I can catch you up on the important topics if you want." Momo said. She got first in the Midterms, by one question I might add.
"YOU'RE THE BEST YAO-MOMO!"
"Could you help me too? I'm having trouble understanding the quadratic formula." Kyoka walked over to the raven-haired girl.
"Really?"
"Tutor me please!" Sero pleaded. "Classical Japanese in killing me!"
"Is there room for one more?" Ojiro inched into the circle. "I think I'm falling behind."
"Pretty please?" they chorused.
"This is wonderful! Of course, I will help!" Momo cheered. "Alright, we can hold a study session at my residence over the weekend,"
I then made the executive decision to tune out and pack up my stuff. Right as I was putting away my favorite sketching notebook, I saw a mess of green hair walk up to my desk.
"H-hey Y/n, I was wondering if you wanted to study with me sometime over the weekend?" Izuku asked.
"Oh,' I stood back up. "Sure, my house?"
"O-okay, Saturday works for me, what about you?"
"That works, be at the front gate by 2 o'clock. 'Kay?"
"Yup! I'll be there!"
"Cool!" I waved goodbye to my best friend and walked out the classroom door. I was turning down the stairs when I bumped into a large surface.
"I did not just bump into the wall did I?" I stepped back at looked up at the person I had walked into.
"Oh, hi!" It was that blonde that I stole all those headbands from at the sports festival.
"What do want, you class 1-A simpleton?"
"I just bumped into you dude, it was an accident," I decided to walk away and continued on my way to the lunchroom.
~day of the exams~
"Alright, I've been studying every day, training with my quirk, eating healthy (which we should all be doing*), and working out daily. I should be good." I paced around outside UA talking to myself.
"Uh, Y/n? School's about to start..." Keigo sweatdropped.
"IT'S ABOUT TO WHAT?!" I ran inside and through the halls, eventually finding my class.
I took my seat and the written exam was passed out. 'Okay, first question,'
~three days later~
"Alright, pencils down. Your three days of written exams are over, everyone at the end of each row come give me the answer sheet."
'Now the only thing left to do is to take the practical...hopefully I don't pass out in the middle of taking it...'
~~
"Now then, let's begin the last test,"
Everyone was in their respective hero outfits, standing outside a small building. Even the teachers were there.
"Remember, it's possible to fail this test. So don't make any stupid mistakes," Mr. Aizawa continued.
"Uh-why are all the teachers here?" Kyoka asked.
~after explaining and sorting 'cause ain't nobody got time for that~
"Okay, my dudes! We're working together against All Might, what are we gonna do?" I ran over to Katsu-kun and Izu-kun.
"Tch,"
"Alright, good plan,"
"Uhm, I-uh-need to go think about that for a bit,"
"Okay, now I'm alone..." they had both walked away. "Great, might as well come up with a plan myself!" I quickly took out my sketchbook and started drawing up some ideas.
1. quickly run away ASAP. 'No, Katsuki wouldn't do that for the life of him.'
2. Fight All Might to knock him out. 'Hell no, why did I even think we could do that?'
3. Distract him and get the cuffs on. 'Maybe...okay, that might work.'
"Number three then! Best idea I got, might as well use it." I got up and ran inside the building. "Wait, what if we...that's got to work!" I exclaimed. 'Maybe it will even pass the Izuku test.'
*End of "Gear up for Final Exams"*
