Neither of them are canon. Eric is an OC (created by Simpspin). Hugo was in a TOH, but I created him my own way, so he could be considered an OC. Hugo is 11, as he is Bart's identical twin. Eric is 6 months. (He was born on February 21, 2 years & 38 days after Maggie was born.)
