Making A Deal

Ronnie put the Trolls' cage in his room.

"Connie! Wash those dishes for Techquinox! The queen is inviting everyone...except you!"

With that, Ronnie started sulking in his bed.

Trollex, Laguna, and Beat Drop watched him.

Ronnie opened curtains behind his bed to reveal cut-out photos of Queen Freya.

After that last verse, Ronnie fell asleep.

Trollex said, "Aw, he's in love with the queen."

Laguna went, "What are you talking about? Sharkanians don't have feelings."

"Well, maybe you don't know everything about Sharkanians. Now, let's go!"

They went to the cage and took off the cover.

Trollex was happy to see them, "Guys!"

They were happy to see him, too, "Trollex!"

A bit too excited...

Laguna shushed them harshly.

They looked at her.

Then, sang softly.

Laguna whispered loudly, "Yes, you can deny!"

Laguna then picked the lock with a nearby paperclip.

"The sooner we get you guys out of here..."

Trollex finished, "The sooner we can save Brooke!"

Laguna was surprised, "What?!"

Ronnie woke up, "Hello?"

Every Troll gasped.

Ronnie mumbled, "Freya, I'd love to be your chaperone."

He fell back asleep.

Every Troll sighed and Laguna said to Trollex, "I know your trying to solve it with a positive attitude here, but let's just face facts; Brooke's been eaten."

Bliss said, "They put her in a sushi roll!"

Synth said, "It was horrible!"

Flash said, "Sorry, Trollex. Brooke's gone."

Laguna asked, "Trollex, how could you possible think Brooke's still alive?"

Trollex replied, "I don't think she's alive. I hope she's alive. And that's enough."

Laguna then asked, "How do you always look on the bright side? There is no bright side! None!"

Trollex responded, "There's always a bright side."

Just then, a flashlight shined on them.

Ronnie was awake, "Hey! Where do you think you're going?"

Beat Drop shouted, "Uh, I don't think that's the bright side we wanted!"

Every Troll screamed and swam in different directions.

Ronnie went after them, "No! Get back in your cage!"

Ronnie couldn't catch them, "Chef's gonna be so mad!"

Ronnie was about to get vicious when...

"Ronnie, stop!"

Trollex was on the head of his bed.

"You're in love with Queen Freya."

Ronnie gasped, "Uh...I don't know what you're talking about."

Trollex opened the curtains and revealed the cut-out photos.

Ronnie gasped and swam to close them, "Uh, excuse me!"

When he closed them, he said, "That's not mine."

Trollex opened them again to reveal his and her cut-out photos together on a heart.

Ronnie sighed, "What does it matter? It's not like she even knows I'm alive."

Trollex said, "Ronnie, I can help you. What if there was a way we could both get what we want?"

Ronnie went, "You love Freya, too? You'd better back off, bro!"

Trollex looked at him, "No. Ronnie, no. That Troll Queen Freya put in her mouth? That's Brooke. And I would do anything to save her. The only problem is we can't get anywhere near the queen without her eating us."

Ronnie knew he was right.

"But...you can. You can swim right up to the queen and tell her how you feel."

But, Ronnie said, "As if. I can't just go up to the queen. Her royal awesomeness would never talk to a cleaning boy like me."

Trollex then thought of something, "What if she didn't know you were a cleaning boy? What if she thought you were this....total dreamboat?"

"What kind of total dreamboat would be dress like a cleaning boy? I smell like mustard."

Shimmer and Glimmer said, "What if we made you a new outfit? I'm thinking...blazer!"

"What's the point of a blazer if I don't even have good hair?"

Trollex responded, "We can fix that."

"What's the point of a new outfit and new hair if I don't know what a dreamboat would ever say?"

Trollex said, "We can fix that, too."

"Really?"

"What do you say, Ronnie? You get us Brooke and we'll get you a date with the queen."

Ronnie thought about it...then said, "Let's do it?"
