That Was For Chuckling

Caleb’s POV

I walked out of the ocean water and made my way toward Anna, who was lying on the beach watching Caitlyn and Matthew kiss.

“Jealous?” I asked.

“What?” she said without taking her eyes off the couple.

“Of Caitlyn? You jealous?”

She immediately took her eyes off the pair and started blushing.

“No I am not!” she snapped.

“Okay, Okay, I was just asking, you seamed really intrigued,”

“No, I wasn’t I was just waiting for it to end you see Caitlyn has a rule, never kiss a guy longer then 2.5 minutes it gives you long enough to enjoy it but leaves him wanting just a little bit more,” she said and rolled her eyes.

“Oh, I see, Caitlyn really is interesting,” I said casually.

“Ooooo, you like her?” she asked.

“No, no, I like someone else,” I said trying to stay calm.

“Oooo, who?” Anna asked.

“Umm, I don’t know if I want to tell you…”I said, “But maybe, if you come out to the sandbar with me, I would,”

“How far into the water is it?”

“Not too far,” I said.

Anna’s POV

We had gone pretty far into the ocean when I stepped and fell underwater. I swam to the surface and grabbed on to Caleb’s shoulders to keep myself afloat.

“I thought you said it wasn’t to deep?” I asked.

“No, I said it wasn’t to far I said nothing about depth,” he said laughing slightly.

“Don’t chuckle! No chuckling! This isn’t funny!” I yelled.

“You just made it that much funnier,” he laughed again.

“I said no chuckling!” I yelled again.

“All right, but you better hop on my back so you don’t fall under and make me chuckle again,” he said sarcastically.

“Fine,“ I said as I hopped on his back piggyback style. He carried me until we reached thee sandbar and I could stand again. Once I was fully standing up I splashed Caleb in the face.

“What was that for?” he asked shocked.

“That was for chuckling,” I said with a frown on my face.

“Oh really?” he asked.

“Yup,” I said and splashed him again. He splashed me back, and we got into a full-fledged water fight.
