Veronica’s POV

I stormed back to my bunk. God, I was so angry with Caitlyn. I went back to my book trying to calm down, but all I could think about was Jasper. Suddenly the curtain on my bunk was whisked back and I saw Jasper standing there.

“Hey,” he said.

“Hey yourself,” I said angrily and tried to get out of my top bunk, but he stopped me.

“Nope, I’m not leaving until you tell me what’s up,” he said.

“No way, there’s no way I’m telling you that I was reading this book, and the character in there reminds me of you, and reading about him made me think about you and how I really liked you and…” Oh know I was rambling, but how come I stopped once I started it took a lot to stop me wait a minute what was on my mouth.

Oh God!

Jasper was kissing me.

Just then he pulled away.

“That was a really nice way of telling me to shut-up,” I said.

“Yeah well, I like you too,”

“Oh my God! Really?” I asked.

“Well,” he bent down and kissed me again, “Does that answer your question?”

“Ummm, let me check again,” I said and pulled his head down and crashed his lips to mine, “Yeah, that’s a yes,”

Matthew’s POV

I looked over and saw Jasper leaning over kissing Veronica.

No, I loved her, no way was he going take her from me.
